Really loved this hotel, its a bit pricey but an amazing beautiful boutique hotel. Each room is designed differently and is modern. The service is second to none. I often do not find I get what I pay for in Italy, but in this case yes.

For Capri, this hotel is as good as they get! Deserving of 5 star hotel in every aspect. The only negative is that you really won't get your room before checkin time. Otherwise and exceptional hotel in every way. Highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and it is without a doubt one of the top beautiful hotels I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere has a unique sense of tranquility—from the carefully curated music and calming color palette to the completely silent air conditioning. The room temperature was perfectly controlled, everything was immaculately clean, and the food was excellent. I would have easily rated this hotel a 9.5 out of 10, if not for one serious issue: room service. Throughout our entire one-week stay, we were never able to connect directly with room service—not once. Each time we needed anything, we had to go through the front desk. While the front desk staff tried their best to help, they didn’t seem entirely convinced this was a real issue. It was frustrating and unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. There was also a smaller inconvenience—on some days, the housekeeping team forgot to place glasses in the room—but that was minor compared to the room service problem. In short, an extraordinary hotel with a deeply peaceful ambiance, let down only by a surprisingly poor room service communication setup

Everything at the hotel was incredible. Rooms are massive and property is clean. It’s in the middle of it all and easily walkable. The staff, the staff was amazing. They were all so helpful with anything we needed. A special shout out to Maria and Giuseppe who went above and beyond for us. Marcos at the bar makes some incredible drinks and is great company. All in all it was a wonderful experience and the staff made it special. Thank you.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the room and the delicious breakfast each morning. The location is perfect for exploring Capri, with easy access to all the island's attractions. Overall, our stay at the Capri Tiberio Palace exceeded our expectations in every way. By far the best hotel for service, location and decor. I had an upgraded room and every details of the stay was managed very well including transfer of luggage, complimentary tickets and the wonderful jacky bar I will return here for sure

This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences!

This hotel is a gem. The decor is superb and the staff unbelievably attentive. Will for sure return next time in Capri.
