Room was clean & Staff were so helpful specially Kesar who give us warmly welcome & guide us in all aspects. Thanks you so much for making us feel special. Only one thing that our hot water tub was not functioning. It’s worked for first day but not later.

This is a top notch place located on the best spot in Malta, with wonderful staff and lovely views all over. The pools, sauna, locker room, etc. etc. are all 5-star. Thank you

The people at this resort are all so lovely, cordial, and friendly. I have extended my stay twice as I couldn't get enough of it. Thank you so everyone at the front desk, management, breakfast buffet, spa and pool area... You all rock.

We arrived late but the reception was open and the staff very friendly. Our room was clean and very large with a sea view which was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style and there were lots of options although they could be more clearly marked with dietary requirements as I'm plant based and so struggled at times. I found oat milk on the third day after asking on the first and being advised they didn't it only to find it on the cereal stand along with Almond and Soya. Margarine would have been nice. All that being said I'm being constructive with my criticism, there was plenty of food and all of what I had was fresh and tasty. The staff were amazing and the room cleaned daily. One disappointment was that unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance which I understand but also the patio with the loungers was closed too so there was no outside seating in the evening. They had arranged for guests to use the hotel next door though so at least that was something. All in all, I would recommend the hotel itself and the hotel chain and I'll look out for this chain in other resorts too. Bear in mind there is a hotel being built right behind this one at the moment due to open in three months so there is noise during the day.

There is lots of construction near this hotel with the building of a massive Hard Rock Cafe Hotel opposite. Convenient location for restaurants. Gym is in neighbouring hotel 10 mins walk Away

Lovely sea view and spacious room, when we arrived our double room was actually a twin, they came and made it together as a double as best they could on the night but the next day found us a new room with a proper double bed. Nice cocktails at happy hour with efficient service and the breakfast buffet had everything you could want

We had a great experience here. The location was perfect for the many different places we wanted to explore. We had easy hotel pick ups for Uber, Bolt or private tours. Walking to Paceville was easy for dinner choices. The breakfast at the hotel was more than fabulous. Many local foods and lots of choices with great coffee! Staff was always accommodating. We went to the spa hot tub and indoor pool. Room had a beautiful sunrise view. If you had the balcony door open at night you can hear the sounds of Paceville partiers but it wasn't too awful. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

View was not the best as alot of construction. But the staff is amazing especially Maureen. She waa so kind, polite and attentive.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Resort war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort, und das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer offen für unsere Fragen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und bot genug Auswahl, allerdings gab es während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts täglich dasselbe Angebot. In der Hauptsaison könnte dies eventuell vielfältiger sein. Die Tiefgarage war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt – besonders wegen der engen Straßen, der Lage direkt am Wasser und dem oft chaotischen Verkehr auf Malta. So hatten wir jeden Abend problemlos einen sicheren Parkplatz. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant im Erdgeschoss, unbeheizte Außenpools sowie einen schönen Innenpool in einem separaten Gebäude des Komplexes. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon war sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert. Das Badezimmer war funktional und sauber, allerdings sieht man der Ausstattung an, dass sie schon einige Jahre in Gebrauch ist. Insgesamt gibt es zwar immer Verbesserungspotenzial, aber wir konnten uns gut entspannen und unseren Urlaub auf den beiden Inseln genießen. Für den Preis im März fanden wir das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis sehr gut und würden das Resort weiterempfehlen.

I cant say anything bad about the hotel and the staff. Everything was perfect. Good breakfast, clean room, the shops are close, bus stop front of the hotel.

Great view. Excellent breakfast choice. This was a great value stay. Staff did whatever necessary to help my stay go smoothly. As I saw in other reviews before my vacation, there are extensive building works in the vicinity but that did not affect me one bit. I will visit again and will be looking at the same hotel - why change when you find a place you like?

The staff were always attentive, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. Local bus stop just outside hotel. The breakfast buffet was great. Great choice of restaurants around the hotel complex. Access to pool & spa facilities is at sister hotel next door. Disappointed that the lido pool area was closed for part of our stay. We would stay here again
