The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned from very early morning to late evening. Rooms great and cleaned daily. Food excellent in all restaurants (didn’t realise the specialty restaurants were also buffets) mostly ate in main buffet, plenty of choice all of the time. The drinks were ok, glad we found the Gordon’s Gin, stations everywhere around the resort for coffee, beer, water, soft drinks , ice and wine. Staff were fantastic and entertainment was good, team worked really hard to ensure people enjoyed themselves, loved the aqua gym which was really popular every day. Great to be able to watch the Monaco F1 in the 24/7 bar too. Loved taking long walks on the beach every morning. The only slight negative for us was it was very child friendly around the whole resort (which is brilliant if you had children with you though we didn’t so an adults pool area would have made it perfect for us.)

Overall great stay because everything was inclusive and food buffet options were endless!

Un lugar en el que te atienden de maravilla, la comida superó mis expectativas y el personal muy agradable y servicial. Las habitaciones si necesitan ser remodeladas, porque si se ve una diferencia VS las instalaciones que están muy bien mantenidas. Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue el SPA, las tinas muy sucias de las orillas y la encargada poco amable. Me hice un masaje y aunque llegué 5 min antes, me dejaron esperando y empezaron 5 min con retraso y aún así terminaron el masaje a la hora, nada de aromaterapia, el trato para salir del paso... Pero nada agradable la verdad. Deben de mejorar est parte.

Lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities food was fantastic with loads of variety well located for a bit of sightseeing and culture, really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel for families with plenty of pools, dining options and access to the beach. I would say quality of food is just average and desserts in particular are limited variety. But all in all we had an excellent stay

The food was amazing, good variety. The design of the rooms are beautiful a and the bed were comfortable. However, we could not use the spa or book any massages. The room was dusty. One of the glasses used broke and my sister ended up with a piece of glasses

Good: Great for kids, decent food, mostly well kept grounds, comfortable rooms Bad: Noisy at night, particularly on Friday night when the party happens. Pools aren't heated like advertised. Food was good but not great if you don't eat meat. Nothing else to do in the area.

Really nice facilities, well maintained, food and drinks were good, excellent service and easy access to the beach.

Fantastic property - if it's sunny! Sadly, we had 4 days of torrential rain for the 4 days we were visiting and there was very little to do. We had a 23 month old toddler with us and he wasn't allowed to use the soft play or use any of the toys in the kids club as the minimum age is 2. They then agreed that we could have 15 minutes at 10am in the soft play as there was literally nothing at all to do with him. There's very limited seating in the main bar so everyone spilled into the reception area before they opened the nightclub for somewhere for people to sit. Sadly, there wasn't any entertainment so we spent a lot of time in the room trying to keep our son occupied. It's such a shame as when the sun is out, im sure this is the perfect place.

Great atmoshphere, happy environment. Good clean property. Food options were good and plenty of facilities/entertainment. Also the beach was excellent and very close.

Property was great!! Only downside was the food at dinner. Not great and not a ton of options.

Nice location. Everything has been renovated 5-6 years ago. Although was all inclusive I had hard time picking quality food from buffet. A lot of artificial stuff. Crowded. Mostly families from Germany and rest of Europe… Their policy with pool towels very annoying ….You have to use for one towel at the time ticket and limited hours when they dispense it. No gluten free options markings. Overall I would not go back.

I had an amazing time with my family. My 3 year old enjoyed all the kids facilities. Staff were very friendly and approachable. A long queue for check in, But apart from that, all was spot on.
