I was rather surprised at how great this hotel is. It was in an unsuspecting area that was very close to the main plaza in Trier. The best part was the comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. I had the best night's rest in a long time.

It's ok if you are staying one night and just need a place to sleep. Good location. parking is a nightmare

As always, finding great deals at the last minute. Planned the trip a few hours before making the reservation, had to have parking as we drove to Trier. Great, convenient location to all of Trier, whether walking in Centrum or near the Mosel river, the hotel is located in a perfect spot

Great location right in the heart of Trier. Close walk to the main square, Christmas markets, and the sights.

The hotel overall is fine in every way (rooms, overall condition, staff, breakfast, etc.), and the location in the city is excellent. The one major issue we had was that our room was nearly impossible to sleep in until about 3:00. This was due to the fact that the room is very hot in the summer and the windows need to be kept open to keep it cooler but it opens to the main street with a lots of loud passers-by coming and going from and to bars, restaurants, etc. Installing air conditioning would probably solve this problem.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet room. The hotel is right in the centre of town, with many good restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It was located right where we could get to various places of interest easily on foot (ex. cafes, restaurants, Marx's house, Jew Alley, fountains, the Gate, shops, churches, the Cathedral). The room was clean and nice, the bathroom clean and spacious, the place was quiet, breakfast was good and there was variety (ex. eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, cereal), wifi was free and steady, and the staff was friendly and spoke English (which was helpful to us). Check-in and -out was quick. I always felt safe in and around the hotel.

Everything worked, staff recommendation for supper was good.
