Hotel is a nice10 minute stroll to the marina area . Great market on a friday outside the hotel . Staff are great , but some restaurant staff can be a bit abrupt ! Rooms spacious and clean , great shower over bath . Room 5117 looks over the spa pool and area which is lovely and relaxing . Food in the buffet was great selection but hot food is not that hot . The pool area closest to the spa area has a great bar serving snacks at lunch ...fabulous pizzas and salads . Would definetly return but on b&b basis as there are so many fab restaurants near the marina . Very picturesque . Taxi is about 77 euros .

Our 2nd visit to this hotel, we 1st went 4 yrs ago, the hotel rooms are feeling a little dated but always cleaned to a high standard and the gardens are a lovely space as are the indoor plants. Great bar service in the lobby bar and cocktails were well made. The pools and pool area clean and tidy plenty of sunbeds available. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Evening buffet a lot to choose from salads were fresh and we mostly had the freshly cooked meat or fish. Mogan is a quiet resort with pleasant beach and harbour altho sea quality seems to have declined as no fish to see when we went snorkelling and murky water compared to 4 yrs ago. Would recommend private transfer due to distance from airport.

Great location for the village and restaurants, very relaxing layout. Nice breakfast.

Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before.

Wonderful resort, great atmosphere, friendly staff, nice rooms. Rooms could receive an update though.

Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. Reception staff displayed a total lack of communication with me and failed in their duties to a guest. After my eleven day stay I had no apologies, no offer of a replacement room or any kind of compensation. Ruined my stay at this lovely hotel. Not impressed.

Room was spotless, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, facilities were amazing. Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad. They did however setup the day after and provide witha free bottle of bubbly. Would definitely reccommend

This hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views. The breakfast buffet is diverse, fresh and even has a gluten free/vegan option with various smoothies. It is close to the beach where you can snorkel among coloured fish in the beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is entertainment in the evening and various restaurants in the hotel itself. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with courtyards that have waterfalls, beautiful trees & flowers. The staff are very friendly and professional and you even have free indoor parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as the best hotel on the island.

Beautiful hotel, photos don't do it justice. There are over 450 species of plants, there is so much to look at. Every day you find a new beautiful plant that you hadn't seen previously. Rooms are super spacious, cleaning was fabulous. Breakfast had loads of choice. Animation team were great and really looked after the kids and made the adults feel involved too. Personally I wish there was more on for adults, more activities and the evening entertainment ended quite early. I would recommend going during their fiesta del Carmen last week of July and first week of August - you get to experience the local culture. Tourist tended to be more Spanish than English which I hadn't experienced before at other canary island hotels. Bowling is fantastic too, make use of it. A shame the spa isn't included as part of the price

Loved the hotel, entertainment was amazing. Not enough personnel, but service from ones there was truly amazing.

some of the hotel is a bit dated but staff are so lovely and architecture is beautiful. buffet breakfast is so worth it 10/10. bit of construction going on near the property. bus stop nearby and beach/restaurants in mogan are very close, cutest little town for a chilled getaway with great food!!

Great location - just a short walk to restaurants, beach & harbour. Hotel generally well kept, good size rooms, with balcony (we were in a pool view) It’s large property amongst tropical gardens - you could almost get lost walking around! Plenty of facilities, more than we would need. Breakfast was very good, the choice was vast and fresh. (We did have dinner there so can’t comment) The staff are friendly and helpful. Great stay with friends.
