Room was spotless, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, facilities were amazing. Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad. They did however setup the day after and provide witha free bottle of bubbly. Would definitely reccommend

This hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views. The breakfast buffet is diverse, fresh and even has a gluten free/vegan option with various smoothies. It is close to the beach where you can snorkel among coloured fish in the beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is entertainment in the evening and various restaurants in the hotel itself. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with courtyards that have waterfalls, beautiful trees & flowers. The staff are very friendly and professional and you even have free indoor parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as the best hotel on the island.

Beautiful hotel, photos don't do it justice. There are over 450 species of plants, there is so much to look at. Every day you find a new beautiful plant that you hadn't seen previously. Rooms are super spacious, cleaning was fabulous. Breakfast had loads of choice. Animation team were great and really looked after the kids and made the adults feel involved too. Personally I wish there was more on for adults, more activities and the evening entertainment ended quite early. I would recommend going during their fiesta del Carmen last week of July and first week of August - you get to experience the local culture. Tourist tended to be more Spanish than English which I hadn't experienced before at other canary island hotels. Bowling is fantastic too, make use of it. A shame the spa isn't included as part of the price

some of the hotel is a bit dated but staff are so lovely and architecture is beautiful. buffet breakfast is so worth it 10/10. bit of construction going on near the property. bus stop nearby and beach/restaurants in mogan are very close, cutest little town for a chilled getaway with great food!!

Great location - just a short walk to restaurants, beach & harbour. Hotel generally well kept, good size rooms, with balcony (we were in a pool view) It’s large property amongst tropical gardens - you could almost get lost walking around! Plenty of facilities, more than we would need. Breakfast was very good, the choice was vast and fresh. (We did have dinner there so can’t comment) The staff are friendly and helpful. Great stay with friends.

Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly. Hotel was very clean apart from cat poo smell by the lifts which is not their fault as they look after the stray cats there. Hotel room was so lovely with balcony with green grass and facing the pool, I felt very lucky to have the room although I paid for the cheapest with Expedia Vitality discount. I enjoy sitting on the balcony reading as I like my space, felt perfect. My only dislike, and pet hate are buffets where people are fighting for the food. I went to the buffet helping my 80 year old mother that can not walk well or see well. People were pushing. I hated going to dinner and found myself regretting going half board. The restaurants by the beach are only 10 min walk with fresh fish and drinks and wonderful service. The hotel needs to do something about the buffet, one reason I would not go to that hotel again. But I would consider Cordial self catering apartments.

Beautiful design. Awesome flora and fauna throughout. Superb dining. A special place.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I loved that the hotel provided wash cloths as well as towels. The hotel also provided shampoo and conditioner. My experience in Spain was that shampoo was usually provided, but sometimes conditioner was not. I did not like the highway traffic noise, but I got used to it. I had no problem sleeping once I considered it white noise.

Stayed over the half term holiday. The main problem with the hotel is that it clearly struggles when it's full and the sun is out. The two swimming pools were saturated with people, sun beds parked very closely together and generally all occupied (or towelled) by 10.30am. Breakfast was a bit of a struggle with queues but settled down after 9.45am. We had minor gripes with the actual sun beds, which are plastic and difficult to adjust - I'd imagine they will upgrade these at some point. Also the mattress overlays were very grubby. Bar service was extremely hit and miss - some days it worked well, other days it would be exceptionally slow. Drinks are reasonably priced - around 4.50 euros for 400ml Tropicale beer.

Impressive and large hotel in beautiful grounds. It is big, but well run. Breakfast impressive although busy in large dining area. Room comfy. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking included. Some excellent facilies that are well maintained. Very good value, especially if you find the best deals.

The accommodation was clean & comfortable. The staff in the hotel were friendly. The breakfast was amazing ! We didnt have dinner as the nearby restaurants and bars offered a good selection of food. The pool was lovely clean & tidy. The sun loungers very comfortable. The position of our room was at the back of hotel so meant we didnt get any sun on the balcony' next time would remember to select a room overlooking the pool

Well designed hotel with attractive grounds. Pool areas spacious with plenty of sun beds. Rooms large and comfortable. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Don’t usually go half board as previous experiences have been bad, but decided to give it another try here - very impressed - good choices/variety and well cooked. Overall a great stay and would definitely return….
