The hotel is very well located in an area with upscale shops and restaurants. A safe and pleasant neighborhood. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's perfectly adequate if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

The hotels in a perfect location, with other hotels, significantly priced higher. This hotel is rundown and needs a lot of upgrading. It had a strong scent of air freshener. Wi-Fi was strong. Location was perfect. Staff was very nice.

We had a nice, two stories suite, quite spacious and comfortable, however the room was poorly lit over the table, forcing us to move avaliable lighting around the room to have enough light to eat. The metallic staircase to reach the 2nd level creeks horribly. Other than that everything else excellent, staff very polite and helpful. Nice breakfast and very good location. Would return just not to that type of room.

Muy bien ubicado en la ciudad, se puede caminar y tienes las mejores tiendas de la ciudad.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, pintura en el año saliéndose y colchones muy desgastados, podría ser un gran hotel si lo arreglan un poco los cuartos.

Pre check in process worked well. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, variety of products and service. Good location close to department stores, restaurants and easy to get public transportation.

I do not recommend this place at all, it does not look as good as the pictures. Needs major maintenance and renewal. Elevators are gross and discusting, the rooms are old and bad. Avoid this place if possible.

Very nice small hotel in a perfect location to enjoy Madrid. Wonderful staff. City view if you can get exterior room. Some rooms have been updated, others not, so ask. Minimal space in bathroom, depending on room.

The hotel is too old and ugly for the price and location. It dis not have air conditioning and room was too small and dark . Not recommended for the área .
