We had an amazing stay at JAZ Fanara Resort and would absolutely come back.l! The location is beautiful with incredible views of the Red Sea, and the snorkeling right off the beach was one of the highlights of our entire Egypt trip. The reef was full of colorful fish and the water was crystal clear. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay, but our housekeeper Emad especially stood out. He did an incredible job keeping our room spotless every day and was always friendly and attentive whenever we saw him. Coming back to a perfectly clean room after long days out exploring or diving made such a difference, and his hard work genuinely added to our experience. We also appreciated how convenient everything was — easy access to snorkeling, excursions, Old Market, and Farsha Café while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a resort in Sharm with a beautiful reef, great service, and a relaxing vibe, I’d definitely recommend JAZ Fanara.

Very clean, professionally staffed and managed, exceptional property location and food was a good value. Would give it a 10 star stay, except for the constant cigarette smoke at every part of the property…lobby, restaurants, drifting into rooms, at the beach. Not sure why people are still allowed to smoke anywhere in public, but in Egypt, this is still acceptable 😳

The hotel is outdated, the building is falling apart, bad smell, too crowded, food was bad, I’m not going back for sure .

We had a wonderful experience. Everyone catered to our needs. The staff were very friendly and professional. The resort was very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this resort.

Great hotel, great staff, i enjoyed my stay in Sharm El Sheikh and this hotel

The landscape of the property was very nice. It wasn't too busy, so it was easy securing seats at the pool. More dining options are necessary because there is only one main restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, there is an Italian restaurant, but you need reservations for it, and that was not communicated beforehand. There is also an area located near the poolside bar with great food.

The hotel stay was wonderful and loved that they were accommodating. They convince of shops at the resort was wonderful for picking up snacks or souvenirs. I felt safe at the resort and all safe were nice. Only thing I would say as a recommendation to consider is to add more authentic Egyptian food at the resort. I am use to the normal "American" type food. I wanted to try something unique to the country. As well as adding a map with the room key at check-in so people can navigate around the property.

Great diving centre within the hotel—the Pyramids team is fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet is created with lots of dedication, with nicely presented salads. Ingredient information is readily available, and at breakfast, plant-based milks are offered—a thoughtful addition for allergics and vegans.

Everything was perfect!

Our stay here over New Year was magical. The hotel and its staff were so friendly and efficient and accommodating. The facilities and food were fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The only criticism would be the communication. It would have been good to have more up front information regarding the new years celebrations and closure of certain areas in preparation for this. But it is a small concern in an overall wonderful break. Thank you.

The hotel staff were exceptional in every way from cleaners, waiters, bar staff , chefs, spa massage ladies, entertainment, ground staff to reception and security. Managers went out of their way to say hello and ensure that you were looked after. They employ people who can speak different languages. Activities and amenities for children also very good. Food was excellent, clean and they had a good variety of dishes every day , including breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Rooms were cleaned daily, with the cleaners making sure you are left water and replenished toiletries every day. We had an iron brought to the room, laundry weighing luggage options. The staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was updated to a family room with English movie and sport channels. You can use the Indrive app to book taxi at the local rates which was fraction of the cost the taxi drivers quote. We felt safe in the hotel . Airport is a little basic in sharm el sheikh and make sure you take a pen to fill out the immigration forms, otherwise the airport staff want to charge you. We enjoyed the heated swimming pools. Most other resorts don’t have the heated pools so I never go in for long as I get cold feet cramp's. They don’t take tips for the staff individually, I liked way tips are put in a box and they are shared among staff. I would now come here yearly. Better than the turkey , morrocco and Tunisia resorts I’ve been too. For Christmas it was decorated really nicely.

Much better than ever expected. Nice hotel with fantastic beach and very good restaurants. We went for the all inclusive and there was an abundance of food and drink. Having said that I want to single out the care and dedication of the staff that were second to none.

They had expresso martini included in all inclusive which was my favourite part. Unfortunately their all inclusive expires at 12 midnight everyday which is deceptive. So after 12 you have to pay. They didnt let us check in early even though we requested The room's are quite small. Food at this resort is quite delicious and they have quite a variety. They freshly make pasta infront of you
