The spa was great. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue was the rainfall head didn’t work in the shower.

Parking is expensive at 50 Euros but it is Valet parking and you are in the centre of Turin. There is other parking around but it is very limited and first in. The parking around the hotel is not secure. Everything else is exceptional. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are Turin

Quietness, close to public transportation, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable mattress and pillows

Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?

Restaurant dinner food quality was not good at all. Italian food is delicious, however it wasn’t the case at the restaurant.

Was nice except for a poor attitude at check in of one the employees.Also my bathroom was not properly cleaned.For the rest no complains with good employees and good facilities.

Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

I stayed at Hilton Turin Centre for a night and had a lovely experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Turin, within walking distance of all the main attractions, cafés, and elegant piazzas. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed, crisp linens, stylish furniture, and a bright modern bathroom. Everything felt clean, calm, and well thought out. The only small downside was that the housekeeping team started cleaning very early in the morning — as soon as guests left their rooms, they immediately began working on the floor. I was woken up before 9 a.m. one day by the sound of vacuuming from above. It’s a minor thing, but perhaps a slightly later cleaning schedule would make mornings more peaceful for guests.

Everything was great, but breakfast can be better, more staff, one poor girl trying her best to accomodate, coffee machine broke, staff was wonderful, the hotel is recently and completely renovated, really beautiful
