Very friendly staff. Stayed here for a week. We had shops at the door step. House keeping was amazing especially Zarha. She always looked after us. One day she did not come in and we had a different house keeper. Whoever she was she was very bad. The room was very dusty and I’m allergic to dust so was not happy on Zarha day off. Overall loved the experience

The breakfast was basic but good however the hotel itself was noisy late at night and there was no intervention to stop the partying and yelling. It was very hard to sleep.

Nice pool/patio

The room was very cold. Heating system was not working properly. The shower was very cold. I turned it for 15 minutes and was still cold. The water spills out from the shower and all the bathroom becomes wet. All Staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt a bit sorry for the cleaning lady Zahra, who always had to clean the water that spills from the shower every morning. She was very helpful and friendly.

We were not in the hotel register and told no rooms available. Had to go to a different hotel. Will be seeking a refund.

The bathroom was especially gross looking. Grout around the shower and sink was brown and thick. Shower stall desperately in need of being replaced.

Just excellent value for the price and great location for getting around, a fantastic selections of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

This hotel is nice for the price point, but don’t expect North American standards

Thought the eating area could be cleaner & improved selection of food. Great orange juice but had to ask for it. Not always clean tables. Rooms small but adequate for our needs. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Nice to have soap! Expensive to get our wash done but convenient.

On the check in day I found the staff rude and unhelpful. I was yelled at while trying to sort out my reservation Although the reservation said my room came with a balcony it did not. The staff said the balcony rooms were full. So they basically missold what they didn't have The surrounding was clean but the food was very touristy so I had to eat outside

They should update there system and do better on service

Rundown hotel with dirty pool and mediocre breakfast. Reception (nr 2) tried to overcharge me double the price for a taxi to the airport. The rooms were clean, ac was stuck on 23c.

I didn't expect the value of the services very professional staff friendly clean and safe to stay outside all restaurant and shops, I will definitely come back to visit this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel! Super staff, fantastic pool. A relaxed, safe & quiet abode from which to explore the city. Excellent room management - kind remaking of beds etc each day. Worth having exact change for any drinks purchases - all payable in cash only.

The place is near to the city centre. The staff’s are friendly. I have had no issue. I stayed in room 54 and the cleaning lady was extra supportive.

The place it wasn’t what it says on the website Didn’t have nothing apart from a restaurant and a pool The room was not very clean, found mould on my pillow plus wasn’t enough towel in the room
