Good for one night stay but wouldn’t stay longer. The room was tired, carpet felt very dirty, and there was black mould in the bathroom and on the shower curtain. Pretty disappointed for the price we paid. Front desk attendants were helpful with check-in. Overall wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic location, and excellent service from the manager at the front desk. The apartment had a few small issues of general maintenance, which we let front desk know on our departure. We had booked the double room with 2 single beds via Expedia, and left a note asking for this, however this didnt get through to the manager and so didnt happen. The manager fixed this immediately by adding another bed free of charge, which was great and most appreciated. The room was a little dated but very clean. The bed in the room with ensuite was extremely uncomfortable and needs relacing, however the bed in the spare room was great. It was a fantastic location, and we will definitely stay again.

The property is old and the amount paid for is just too much

We had an amazing stay. The man at the front desk was beyond helpful and accommodating and made our stay in Brisbane extra special. There’s laundry in the room and everything you’d need in the kitchen to prepare meals if you wish. Pool is lovely and our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room was spacious and clean! Walk to ferry is less than 5 mins. The views are amazing. Would love to stay there again and highly recommend to others.

I found the unit was very outdated the oven looks like it was 25 years old the hot plates as well nothing has been changed from when it was originally built the toilet system the same. It kept leaking. There was lots of dust on all the lampshades. Stains on the sheets. I feel the website is very misleading.

The room location was good, and very easy to get to each day via lift. Very basic supplies for tea, etc, and limited laundry, bathroom supplies also. Hanging light fittings over main table - dangerous as it was very easy to walk into, stand up and hit, etc - needs to be removed as is or lifted up closer to ceiling. Lastly, no mossie protection on windows or balcony doors - expected in an aust city and location Bar for that convenient location and easy to get taxi/uber.

We had a great stay at this holiday apartment in Kangaroo Point. The location is fantastic — close to the river, walking paths, cafés and with easy access to the CBD. It made exploring Brisbane incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The apartment itself was very large and felt spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the river — waking up and relaxing in the living area while taking in the scenery was a real treat. While the bathrooms were a little dated and could benefit from some updating, they were clean and functional. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, particularly for its unbeatable location, generous apartment size, beautiful views and genuinely helpful staff. We would happily stay again.

This hotel is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. To be totally honest cockroaches in the bathroom advised front desk he didn’t care at all. Light in the kitchen was turning off and on spoke to front desk nothing was done about it. To be totally fare hotel.com should take this hotel off there listing I have travelled the world and being a gold member of hotel.com for over 15 years photos of the hotel definitely false advertisement. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Dockside Kangaroo Point exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and included all the facilities we could ask for – from a refreshing pool to a stunning view of the river. What set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional service. Mark communicated proactively with us, made us feel welcome and gave us lots of practical tips to ensure our experience was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment, we were able to walk about town and loved all of the great restaurants and gardens in the area. Highly recommend, staff was very pleasant.
