Parking space we had reserved was too small for our car, or any car other than a mini. Hotel was very nice....great breakfast.

Great hotel with larger than expected room, Conveniently located to train station and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Quaint hotel in a great location that is easily walkable to everywhere in Aix. Convenient parking available as well. Front desk staff always welcoming and very friendly and helpful.

Nice property in a convenient location

My initial review was not positive as they had no air conditioning. It was an unusually hot day for May 1, but I was told that the hotel only has air conditioning in the summer. That was not acceptable to me. However, the staff had read the review and was very nice to us the next day and that was very helpful. Also, we were given a small fan that did help throughout the night. So, I’ve revised the review to reflect the gracious and helpful staff.

I wish I could live here. What an amazing hotel, location, and above all, Staff. They couldn't have been more wonderful, especially for a traveler who arrived with a somewhat serious leg injury. Within 2 hours the front desk had arranged for a local pharmacy to deliver crutches to the hotel, and one of the front desk supervisors/managers came up to my room with them to make sure they fit right. I was unable to do any of the trips that my friends and I had planned, but I was treated so well by every member of the staff and I swear I'll be back to explore the beautiful countryside of Provence and when I do return, I'm staying at this gem of a hotel.

A gem of a hotel right in the centre of town. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the room was super-comfortable and stylish, and breakfast was good value. Private parking for a fee meant l didn’t have to leave the rental car in a public garage overnight. A really lovely stay!

This hotel was absolutely charming. The lobby/sitting area was like an old fashioned living room and a nice area to relax in. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite and having the extra room and sitting area was lovely. The staff was so kind and helpful in answering questions and sharing directions. This property is a little further away from the main area of town with all of the restaurants etc so after sightseeing all day, we ended up basing our eating options on what was closer. We loved Aix En Provence and if we are ever fortunate to visit the area again, we would definitely stay here.
