I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Thon Hotel Moldefjord in Molde, Norway, and I'm delighted to share my positive experience. The hotel truly impressed me with its exceptional cleanliness. From the lobby to my room, everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Thon Hotel Moldefjord to anyone visiting Molde!

Location is good, but the city seems like not very good.

Listing is inaccurate on services. Gym is 10 minute walk, not onsite. Parking is actually paid street parking and EV charging station is malfunctioning. Not the cleanest or quietest hotel but otherwise reasonable.

Staff very hospitable

It was a bit smaller room than other Thon hotels in different cities but still was good. A very small parking lot but s there was an empty spot. Overall very good!.

Nice hotel with good location. The toilet is incredibly small and not well positioned. It therefore cannot be used as intended as the toilet is too close to the wall. One has to sit sideways to use the toilet. This is a basic design concept and it is shocking to see it done so poorly. The staff were excellent L, very friendly and helpful.

Not used to hotels with only a narrow twin bed and though I booked a queen, it was two twin beds pushed together with two different comforters. It was quite comfortable regardless. Very clean, convenient location for shopping, walking around, and many restaurants. I would come back.

Good breakfast and location. Service was good except for the room not being cleaned regularly.

Excellent breakfast

Convenient hotel for a 1 night "pit stop" on our 2 week road trip around Southern Norway. Clean and today, friendly staff. Only downside was limited parking spaces, although the reception desk was super helpful in pointing us to a free parking location a little walk away. Would have a stunning sea view with mountains in the distance if it wasn't for the massive cruise liner parked on the dock directly outside!

A nice htl, central placed in Molde. I had a room close to emergency staircase, noisy and could smell scrabbled egg at 05:00 when kitchen started to prepare breakfast. Also my room had a connection door to next room, so I could easily hear neighbor next-door. Service at the hotel and breakfast were very good. Cleanliness good, a bit small single room. If I have to stay for more then one night I will choose a double room. Rating in total 4

The toilet was very small, i just managed to sit down without touching the wall. Cramped and uncomfortable. No way to change temperature in the room. Small, but decent room. Overall, an average hotel.

Very friendly service, good breakfast (even under Covid-19 circumstances) and a very central location in a beautiful town. Only complaint is that there are very few free parking spaces for guests, and therefore had to hurry out at 8am and purchase a permit for a public parking spot in order to avoid a hefty fine.

Little jewel of a Hotel in a lovely corner of Norway. I only had one single night there, but I would like to go back and spend more time there.

Very clean and breakfast was amazing. Parking was not the best but was lucky and found a place on the street and only had to pay for 2 hours because it was sat night and Sunday.

The staff Wenche is so, so nice. Make us feel like home.
