When I first arrived, I was greeted so warmly by Lindsay. She is an absolute gem and check in was seamless. She told me of the breakfast, pool, exercise room, ice machine, it all! She was on duty when I checked out and once again, it was an exceptional experience. I will always check this great hotel first when I travel to Red Deer. Thanks Lindsay!

Showed up at 1am after a day filled with delays and challenges. Staff welcomed me with a smile, made the check in process super quick and I was in bed before I knew it. Awesome work!

The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter).

The staff were helpful and the place was clean. The pool was fairly nice and had a waterslide and hot tub.

Everything was in good condition and the Hot tub was clean and very warm. The staff kept up on the breakfast and was always full.

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Grandsons enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. Hot food hot and a variety. What would have topped it off would have been fresh cookies for the road. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will book again with you.
