We asked for room service in the morning. Came back at 3pm and yet still no room service. We had to ask again for room service.

Good accommodation. Clean and tidy. Got air conditioner in the room where the weather in Melbourne is so hot nowadays.

Perfect location with beautiful view outside, great place.

I really enjoyed staying here, there is a complete cooking area and cutlery, as well as a coffee shop, mini market, and close to tram transportation, only about 200 m from Southern Cross Station. I stayed for a triple bed with my husband and children.

Very satisfied to stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean and the service staff is also very helpful. Later, when you go to Melb, you want to stay there again.

Phone not work. House keeping knock the door early. Safe in the room not work and reception Calling about 1000 time and as they know phone in the room not work. Can call. But I can't pick it up.

The room was spacious. The full kitchen had microwave, oven, stove and a good refrigerator and the dishes were washed up by room service. The breakfast buffet - nice selections. I didn't need the kitchen as much since there were many places to eat nearby but it was quiet because it was the middle of holidays. The location was perfect, good access to trams, and downtown shopping. I'd visit again.

Strategic location is in CBD and very close to the Tram station locations. Amenities in the rooms are also fully equipped (Microwave, Electric Stove, Dishwasher, Referigrator).
