Great hotel, great staff, good saunering and adequate toileting.

We arrived at 2pm to check-in. Informed room Not ready so to check back in 30mins to 1 hour. We sat downstairs in the (closed) bar area. Nowhere to get a drink from. Checked back at 2.45, again told room not ready. Checked again at 3.30 after having joined a long queue

Hilton makes it all nice easy, comfortable and convenient every time. They also seem to be able to pick the best most professional and warm hearted staff available. Big up da Hiltonians.

All good. Rooms good size. Breakfast good quality, staff exeptionally nice and friendly. Sauna warming up when you get up in the morning. Nice sized balcony. Overall what more do you want for 120 bucks a night. Area is countryside but everything you could require nearby within a six minute apin in the motorcar. The Hilton just seems to get it just right enough to be comfortable and easy. Big up da Ilton bruv!!

DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen is a serene getaway surrounded by forest and nature, perfect for a relaxing stay or a productive business retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with balconies overlooking the golf course or wooded landscape — a rare luxury so close to Utrecht and Amersfoort. The wellness area, with its pool and sauna, adds a real sense of calm, while the on-site restaurant offers quality dishes with professional service, though prices are on the higher side. Staff are friendly and attentive, maintaining the Hilton standard of hospitality. The hotel could benefit from a few modern updates in décor and air conditioning systems, but overall, it delivers a peaceful, upscale experience with great comfort and atmosphere.

Rooms are nicely renovated. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. And the area is a great alternative to staying in Amsterdam with nice European villages nearby.

Our stay here was top standard. We loved the room - big space, comfy bed, balcony, large wardrobe, large shelf storage, big bathroom, bath, good size shower. Good to have coffee/tea making facility and fridge. We had a swim in the interior pool (a bit cold). Great large free car park. Highly recommend.

Professional staff. Fantastic facilities Golf, swimming pool, gym, bikes, ping pong & pool table for who ever wants to play. Excellent food & drinks! Rooms were so spacious & comfortable with a low balcony. One of THE best places I've stayed in! Highly recommend! Great for our family, plenty of activities right at our fingertips.

Het hotel zelf doet op het eerste gezicht niet heel bijzonder mooi of gezellig aan, maar de kamers maken dat meer dan goed. Ruim, schoon, luxe ingericht. Erg prettig. Zwembad en spa zouden ietsje schoner kunnen, maar fijn dat het er is en wel netjes onderhouden. Wat ik dan weer een beetje armetierig vindt is de 7,50€ bezorgkosten voor roomservice. Komt op mij weinig luxe over, en past ook niet bij het karakter van een DoubleTree of Hilton. Jammer!

We just stayed for one night, so what we experienced was great. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean, staff friendly and helpful and delicious breakfast served in the morning.

We have stayed here several times for a quick break from the busy city lifestyle. They are dog friendly and have a great breakfast. We enjoy all the walkable areas and nature reserves nearby. We also love the pool and spa.

It was a nice experience until check out where we were charged for breakfast we never had.

I was very disappointed to be informed upon arrival that parking would incur an additional €30 charge. This was never clearly stated at the time of booking, nor was I given the option to choose whether I required parking. Such charges should be disclosed upfront so that guests can make an informed decision. I believe this fee was both unexpected and unreasonable, and I request that the amount be refunded. I hope the hotel will consider this feedback to ensure future guests are fully informed of all charges in advance. Sincerely, Hamed Y
