Great place

Big spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good omlet station. The indoor pool and spa services were open in winter and were not too crowded.

Staff was responsive , room where we stayed was overheated

The breakfast was was not good Some of the food were cold especially coffee and tea were very cold

This hotel is really not up to the standards of the chain. It was fine for one night. But aircon wasn’t working, room smelled of smoke, no services in the hotel before 6:30 (it was dead) and location was at best so-so. Would never stay here for more than one night in transit.

WiFi not usable. Air con functions only as a fan - the room temperature was 28.5° which was very uncomfortable.

2 luxury nights stay. The hotel is worth the money paid. All services are available around the hotel. The reception team was very cooperative. The hotel deserves 5 stars👍

First they gave us very small rooms with a terrible odor. After our objection, they changed and upgraded our rooms. The property was done luxury but now needs maintenance Spa and relayed facilities were not open which should be mentioned when I was making reservation.

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kayseri. Clean, and good service from the staff and the food in the Sushi restaurant is as superb! The one negative was that the heating was permanently on and the windows only opened a little, so the room was way way way too hot and uncomfortable!

Was great experience at staying here. They upgraded our room. All staff was great and the breakfast was awesome. They even had organic selection which was great match to my baby

There was no availability of pool, gym or Spa . Room was extremely hot with no air . Had to call multiple times , finally assigned new room at 11 pm , where shower was not working , no circulation of air . Couldn’t sleep . Asked for a partial or full refund but they rudely declined . Staff doesn’t understand English at all . Would never stay here in future .

Very poor hotel. Staff are atrocious, incompetent and and not even at the level I would expect of a 1 star hotel. The hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms look like they haven't seen any maintenance for at least 20 years, smell awful and the bathroom appliances are in a state of disrepair, leaking all over the bathroom whenever used. The pool facilities are reminiscent of a municipal facility from 50 years ago. The city itself is lovely, but please go to any other hotel.

We stayed in the kings suite. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Even though we had some minor issues with the room phone system and the music from upstairs, they took care of it right away. The hospitality was incredible.

Location is the best in the city

The rooftop restaurant is excellent and the staff connected us to great and affordable sightseeing in Goreme including ballooning.
