The hotel was close to transport links, and the hotel itself was quite nice, most of the staff were lovely however some came across as quite blunt, and uninterested, compared to treatment we saw with those from Italy. The dinner food at the hotel was disappointing however the breakfasts were lovely and the wine was amazing. Our hotel room was nice however the extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom, and the door of the bathroom had a broken latch meaning individual privacy was a bit of an issue

Staff ignored us for a while, we waited to check in even after they started the check in would get preoccupied with other things that seemed very less important than paying attention to the guests checking in, the whole place smelled like a hospital and not in a good way, the bathroom was super nasty and had old uncleaned mildew everywhere around the shower, we checked out 1 hour after checking in with no refund and left to a different hotel, will never come back to hotel cruise ever again.

The overall stay was ok

Was a fantastic hotel and did a nice surprise for us for our honeymoon. However only reason it doesn’t get the 5 stars is that they put two single beds together which makes it uncomfortable, that is not a double bed and the duvet is very bad too as it is not wrapped just has a cloth over top and bottom. Would be a 5 star if they fix those things.

This was a very nice property with a very attentive staff.They did a very good job at meeting your needs.

We do not consider this hotel to be worthy of a four star rating. Our room had a hole in the wall and a hole in the back of the bed. The shower did not drain properly. Some staff were generally disinterested and the hotel would not lend an umbrella for the rain.

There was no kettle. Would suggest hotel keeps hot water kettle for tea and coffee

Location is near Como but you need a car. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice and clean, and a/c worked well.

Excellent location on our journey home to uk from Italy. Close to motorway. Breakfast had a great variety in offer and well presented.

When we arrived at the hotel and checked in - the bathroom in our bathroom had pieces of black hair on the back of the toilet. We went down to let them know and all they did was send a cleaner to clean it up. They should have done more. Other than that the room was satisfactory.

The location is terrible far from the train station which ran every hour to Como or Milan You need a car to stay here Thankfully there is a shopping centre near by walking distance We had to Cut our time in Como as the hotel was not at all convenient and quite deceiving on the map how far it is from any thing

Very basic hotel with free parking and a decent gym. No swimming pool. It’s good if you are driving in COMO. There’s a garage parking that you can access directly from your room.

My room had its own elevator and its own private parking. Great place to stay.

Very nice room for a weekend trip to Como, recommend!!

Great place to stay overnight near Como while travelling from northwest Europe to central Italy. The private garage under the room is an excellent facility that offers more security and peace of mind when your car is packed for a holiday. The hotel accepts dogs, which is a must for us, and the additional cleaning fee (5 Euros for small dogs, 10 Euros for large dogs) is very reasonable. Thanks! One suggestion for improvement: tea and coffee-making facilities (eg. kettle and/or coffee machine) in the room would be a welcome addition. This was our second stay in this hotel and we will certainly use it again. Highly recommended.
