Upon arrival at this hotel, I was a bit hopeless, as the building was quiet, yet in a busy area. However, upon arriving at the 4th floor lobby, I was pleasantly surprised, especially after entering my room. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Bangkok.

Check-in took a long time; I checked in at 11 pm and ended up with a room already occupied. The room was clean and okay, the air conditioning was ice cold. The housekeeping staff were friendly. It's near Pratunam market, close to Airport Link, and also within walking distance of CW or BigC. The food around this area isn't particularly outstanding.

I've visited this hotel during my earlier days visiting Bangkok. It's wad more than 20 years ago. I came back this time just just see the condition of the hotel and to my surprise..it was still stand perfectly and a very friendly hotel. I'm lucky to meet the new GM and I think rooms need a bit of famine touch that's makes it more cosy. I will definitely come back again.

i was staying here for 3 nights and i regret my decision. 1. the hotel condition when i arrived, the first floor was empty and only had abandoned shops. there's a huge stair in the middle of it, but it's closed. we have to use the lift to the 3rd floor to do the check in. the reception was dark. it's like a haunted hotel in a movie. the surrounding was great because it's close to pratunam market, bus stop, and halal food, and that's the only good thing about this hotel. 2. the room cleanliness the room was smelly and full of cockroaches!!! the moment we were walking through the hotel alley, the smell was weird. the room was big enough, but when i opened the room, the cockroaches also greeted me right in front of the door. and it is everywhere, you can see from the video, it's the only video i can take. there is a leak in the bathroom which makes all the towels wet and the floor slippery. 3. the receptionist & down payment the receptionist is not giving us the customer service and hospitality attitude at all. i think she needs to work on that a little bit more. we are not disrespecting her from the moment we arrived, but she treats us like we are staying there for free. i was requesting a new room, but she said all rooms are full. are you kidding me? i don't see anyone other than us during our stay and she said everything was full??? are we looking at a person that is not "people" *cried* they asked for 6000thb for a deposit!!! 3000thb for one room and one night. it's a lot for a deposit and for that kind of hotel. i was staying in p**lman hotel (5 star hotel) before and they were only asking for a 200thb/room/night. doesn't make sense at all!! and until now, i'm still waiting for the refund back to my credit card. things i would appreciate about this hotel is only their cleaning service. even though the room cleanliness is so bad, at least they helped us to clean our damaged room -,- and they apologized for the current situation since they are about to close. yes, they are about to close completely or re-build, i don't know. my advice is, please just book another hotel. a lot of great hotels near pratunam market like l33l4 orc1d hotel or marw1n hotel etc. indra regeant is losing their sparks and it's not the hotel that makes your stay amazing. i was staying here because my friends were staying here. she said the hotel was great...but it was 3 years ago before covid hahaha. she was also disappointed.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, as it is close to shopping malls, making it ideal for shopping. Although the hotel is large, the staff seems limited, and most of the guests are Indian. The room did not have a toothbrush, which was not appropriate given the room rate, so we had to purchase one outside (The room rate is around 2,200 baht/room). The room was not cleaned properly, and there were leftover fruit peels from the previous guest on the bed. We arrived at midnight and checked in without issue, but the next morning, when we went out and returned, our room door was locked. When we asked the front desk to open the door so we could check our booking via our phone (which we had left in the room), the staff made it difficult for us and even threatened to keep our belongings. This was highly unprofessional for a service-oriented business. We spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, and it was quite a while before the front desk finally allowed us to go up to the room to check our booking. Despite having paid for the room in full in advance, they still required a 3,000 Baht deposit per room at check-in, which we did not notice when booking through a third-party service. This would be inconvenient for travelers like us who do not have much baht cash available to use The main issue was the attitude and handling of the situation by the front desk, which left us with no desire to return in the future.

The check-in staff is only two people. There is no concierge staff. Like a two star hotel. Not worthy of being called a 4 star hotel. The hotel is very old and the equipment in the rooms is very old. Kami datang berlibur bersama keluarga besar (9 pax), sewa 4 kamar selama 3 malam, Hotelnya sudah tua, agak kumuh, mulai dari pintu masuk hotel (lantai dasar) sampai lobby di lt4 suasana nya gelap, sunyi/sepi, remang-remang, saat cek in terlalu banyak peraturan, kami pesan 2 kamar triple tapi tidak boleh lebih dari 6 pax, kami bawa anak usia 7 tahun kena biaya tambahan Thb 1050/anak, tapi tanpa extra bed, uang deposit nya besar sekali (usd 1000/room), fasilitas toiletery nya juga pelit, tiap hari harus di minta sabun, tissue, sikat gigi dan lain-lain, tidak ada slipper (harus di minta dulu), Kolam renang nya juga kumuh, air nya agak keruh.
