My room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable. It was dated but still great value for money. Staff were kind. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was in a nice area, close enough to beach for me. I would gladly stay again, but not sure my wife would agree.

I encountered a few issues with the room, a shower leak that flooded the bathroom, insufficient lighting and a faulty fold-out bed in the suite lounge. However, the staff took excellent care of everything. They truly have an outstanding team. I dined in the top floor bar on my first night and most late evenings were spent in the ground floor bar, where the team was consistently fantastic and always willing to make things happen. The location is superb and unbeatable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a little old fashioned but has its Moroccan charm and sits in attractive square. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. Overall it represents very good value.

The resourceful Hicham helped to make our stay an enjoyable time. Special mention to Mohammed, the chef, for making us a delicious tangine for dinner The internet is very weak

Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at New Farah hotel. We received a warm welcome by the staff and were given a large clean double room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The breakfast was above expectation, we were served traditional morrocan breakfast with omelette, bread, pastries, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were lovely hosts. The hotel itself is situated in an ideal location. It's only a few minutes walk away from Masjid Muhammad and the local restaurants and cafés (Much cheaper than those located at the beach front). We were a 5 minute walk away from uniprix store which is the best spot for souvenirs at a decent price without the hassle of haggling. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the beach front. Overall, great experience and great value for money. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and we personally would stay again in the future.

I stayed this hotel twice. They should have better review rate. The area is very far from the beach. So It's not for anyone looks for resort holiday. Restaurants, cafes are plenty near by. I'd give them 9. Only one thing was bathroom door. It's very jard to open the shower room doot.

Unfortunately the disco noise until 24.00hrs Very noisy.Should sound proof the room where the disco takes place. At the end of the day good value for money.

The area around the property is under construction. The staff cannot handle requests and complaints seriously. the breakfast does not meet the value of the service. Also, air conditioning is very bad in most of the rooms.

This is my 6 times staying at New farah hotel, it is in the city centre plenty of good restaurants, the beach is 20 minutes walk, you can take Tax which cost you less 20 Dirham. Staff are amazing that’s the reason I keep gonog back there, Big thanks To SAEED.only one issue the doing road works around but it will finish soon.

I was here before but I found this hotel and the room this time disappointing, especially the bed. Too small with only a sheet. The blanquet was too heavy. WiFi was poor. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The internet is bad. Hotel managers are unkind. Breakfast: at an additional cost if you want a second coffee. The only kind and helpful people were a security guard and a cafe employee. I will not recommend to my friends.

The room was quite large and the property fairly central (about 10 minutes from the beach) but that was the only positive. The staff were not particularly helpful, the corridors and staircases were poorly lit and the noise from the disco (upstairs I think) kept me awake until late in the night. One of the more expensive places I have stayed in my 6 week stay in Morocco and definitely not worth the money compared to others

I enjoyed my stay here, even added extra night. The staff is great, very helpful and friendly. The internet near my room wasn’t working so there moved me to another room which was a little nicer than my first one. The beds over all are a little hard but i was perfectly comfortable. Great price too overall excellent bugdet hotel that delivers.

We had a good stay. The value was good. If you remenber it is a budget hotel it is a good deal.
