Convenient location to temporarily park and check in. Underground parking available at an additional cost. I chose a room with a view of the cathedral and it was totally worth it. I would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful. The views of the city were beautiful. The room was the most peaceful that I have had in Spain. Amazing.

Nice hotel and super friendly staff. Breakfast was a disappointment, knowing that Spain has very good quality food. Bread and viennoiseries were not good. Orange juice was cheap brand, yogurts not good.

Very central hotel, well-signed from the bus station. Eleven floors high but not as huge as it first appears. We were pleased to get upgraded to a room with a cathedral view, though most rooms seemed to face the same direction. Fairly good breakfast. Very good staff on reception.

Small room, noise from the road below, otherwise rooms fairly quiet. An ok breakfast. Parking was €15 a night underground quite difficult to get into, but safe and lift straight up to room.

The staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the Museum of Human Evolution and the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. The room was clean but it could use new paint. and the furniture looks old and tired.

Estuvimos bien cómodas. Desayuno básico pero rico. El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca hay un supermarket y a unas 10 cuadras estas en la Plaza Rey de San Fernando.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the . The room I stayed in was on the 11th floor with a large patio with a magnificent view of the cathedral. You can see the lit up cathedral at night which was so pretty. I highly recommend.
