Was put into the wrong room so i had to walk all the way back to the lobby to get a different room, disgusting cigarette smell in room along with burns on the bed, shower was disgusting.. can tell it wasnt cleaned.. everrr, paint job peeling away everywhere. I paid $360 for this… what a waste

I booked this property for my in laws. It was an accessible room which was all the way in the back of the property. Luckily they didn’t need the assistance of a walker or wheelchair because the room was smaller than an average room. It didn’t even have a bar for them to hang clothing, which I was assured by the front desk person, who claimed to be the owner of the property, that the room did have a closet. The toilet was dirty and the tub enamel was peeling. I was assured someone would be there to clean but no one showed up. The front desk person was rude and even challenged my son to a fight, after my son complained also about the conditions. He told my son to be quiet and he talks too much. Very rude and disappointing. We were there for my daughter’s wedding. I can go on and on. I would never again use this Ramada for anything.

The check in woman was pleasant but the rest of the stay was a huge let down especially for the cost. The room smelled, had flies, and was incredibly small and tight. The pool wasn’t open at all, the continental breakfast was just very burnt sludge coffee and cold muffins and cereal. No water or juice, would have to buy that for extra from vending fridge.

Ok so I have been in many hotels in my life this is by far the worst. Guests were fighting at midnight with foul language and hotel staff didn’t even bother. Fight continues till 1:30 AM! Very filthy room with ants crawling all around the sink, Bathroom is being fixed with DIY project first timers! Do not go there as most of hotel guests seem to be long term residents from town homeless residence program. The only good thing in the hotel was the daily room cleaning and restocking supplies. Anything else was terrible.

The air conditioner leaked water on the floor which I stepped in a puddle when I entered the room. The staff said, "This is normal with a window air conditioner because when the pipes freeze, it leaks indoors." However, since customers pay for these rooms, that should not be the case. I should of been given a greater discount as a result of this, but the staff refused. I will never stay there again. I stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I entered a room with a puddle. You should speak to them about that since it is an unsanitary condition.

When we got in the front desk was rude, there was a roach in our room. It looked like a motel. Definitely not a ramada. For the price it was horrible. It should not have the ramada name on it.

The entire hotel needs an overhaul. I was there for two nights and the phone nor the tv worked properly, there were bugs in my room crawling on the walls and when I called the front desk in the night, the staff was extremely rude and showed that he could care less and was not moved in the least that I would leave a review. He asked me if i took a picture of the bugs and i says no and his response was, "so how can i trust you?" and proceeded to do nothing about the situation and hung up the phone. It was honestly the worst hotel experience of my life and I hope and pray that Wyndham can fix these issues swiftly. The even worse part was that i traveled with a child and the child could tell that the place was in need of severe upkeep. For the price that I paid to stay here, it was a complete let down. The only upside to it was that it was close to the venue that I was attending. I refused to eat the breakfast because of that attitude towards the bugs so I'm not sure how breakfast was. Severely disappointed
