Good. The staff of the hotel did an excellent job. Martin Apostolove helped me to trace my lost bag in the taxi . I am very thankful to him.

Good location, nice hotel, and found the breakfast very good. Room cleanliness was not great.

Front desk was helpful and recieved my coming late due to layover message. Front desk helped correct and educate me on some basic language and safety aspects of the neighborhood

15 to 20 min walk to all the sights or starting place for tours. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffett was beyond belief!

Everything was great until wenfound out that there was no hot running water. First day they said that someone is coming to fix it, next morning they said that the whole neighborhood didnt have hot water. Obviously someone was lying. Other than that everythingelse was allright.

I was not impressed by the hotel's failure to provide the shuttle service, as promised and confirmed. There were also 2 items missing from my mini-bar when I arrived at my room. However, the team at Reception, led by Magdalena, sorted everything out on the morning following my arrival After that, everything went as perfectly as I could have wanted.

Noise in streetside rooms was BAD from 0500 to 1900 with windows closed. Can’t imagine them open. Location leaves you a modest walk. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

Location was good. We had issues with the locks on the bathrooms which were not addressed.

Nice big rooms. Stuff was friendly. The room was not that modern but ok. Good breakfast. The room on the street side was noisy and it was a bit hot in the room. (The AC was not working yet). But for the price it was a nice hotel.

Nice family rooms. Two rooms with a kitchen. Cookware could be better. But the rest is just very good. Definitely will come again.

Location is a bit far from Vitosha and Center but walkable . Rooms are nice and comfortable Breakfast was totally Chaos - I would not recommend this hote
