The room was very clean and the linens were absolutely wonderful! The AC was a little difficult to operate and the air didn’t blow well. Staff were all very nice. The restaurant was not open at the beginning of the week, and there is not a lot of variety on the menu. If you want to completely relax and get lost in time, then definitely the place to do it. The concrete stairs are a bit difficult, don’t recommend for elderly or small children (a little scary when carrying luggage). Upon checkout, the lady at reception tried to charge me for my stay (I had already paid in full through Expedia). Recommend discussing this upon arrival. Overall, lovely property, just don’t talk too loud to your grandchildren late at night on the phone, the neighbors may knock on the wall.
