We are Marriott silver rewards members. The room was stuffy and we were unable to turn down the AC or adjust the fan. I took a shower and water leaked all over the floor and into the room below us. There was also no coffee pot in the room and getting out of the garage was a nightmare. Very unclear instructions. Overall, disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very welcoming and I was delighted that i had nothing to complain about. I will say that this hotel presented a calming effect on me. The staff was very professional and are attentive the visitors. I totally enjoyed the food and my stay. I visited Rock of Gibraltar and that was the icing on this visit.

It was warm in the room and I went downstairs to ask the staff why my AC wasn’t working. They said only the heater was on for the hotel because it was April. So we couldn’t turn the air conditioner on in our room. Our only option was to open the windows and it was extremely noisy with motorcycles driving by almost All the time. I was there during Easter week and everything around was closed.

The room and staff were fantastic. The view from the room was great. 1/2 hour walk from the train station, 1/2 hour walk to the ferry.

The hotel is great…area around not so great. Breakfast was nice with many options. Hotel is very clean and has a nice bar/restaurant. If you are in the area…probably the best hotel to stay at. Would recommend for the area.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable!

Helpful staff. Very clean amenities and room. Amazing breakfast. The best so far. Fresh and typical Spanish items and served early enough to start the day. Helpful staff and nice view over the port for a great sunset.

Staff were really friendly. Hotel room clean and modern. Good business hotel. The lady on reception was very helpful with regards to car parking and provided us with a swipe card for the car park, especially since our car had broken down within it. I would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel is great! We were a little leerybofbthe parkingbsituation as it isnt connected and a tad hard to find. It was also abbit awkward walking back to the hotel and night and it was slightly rough area

This hotel was a godsend as we ran for our lives from Hotel Marina Victoria. Staff was welcoming, there was a buffet breakfast, concierge would call cabs for you (very important in a city without Uber).

Great location for what I wanted to do.
