Staff was unconcerned about questions I had about all the extra fees. A resort fee was unacceptable and felt like a Rip-off , you received no value - a free 500ml bottle of water, 1 per room for $15.00/night it's nothing more than a cash grab. Also besides the regular taxes, an additional $5.00 + tax fee per night for area improvement. And $30 + tax to park is expensive. But everyone charged for parking. Room was adequate, believe that I got what I paid for in that respect. Only minor issue is it is a bit tired looking.

The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Staff friendly and breakfast was decent. The only complaint I had was that there was no microwave in the room.

Clean Room. Comfortable stay..

The breakfast was great. The hot tubcould use more power(force) in the jets. We had a young family in the room next to us and were woken up at 5:45 am with them and a parent playing very loudly. Maybe put families with youngsters close to each other to avoid having adults being bothered.

We always stay here. Very reasonable, close to the view of the falls and a decent free breakfast.

Staff was very rude. Also rooms dirty and outdated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast included was sub par I would rather Tim Hortons. The Tv in the room was old and tiny. There is literally 10 channels at most. My opinion this hotel needs a complete management change and update.

There were 2 members of staff available and we were the only ones checking in. When I approached the first male he told me to choose who to check in with, I don’t know why he didn’t just assist us. Anyway, I ended up going to Monika who was kind and welcoming while he just stood and did nothing.

The hotel is dated but was clean ! There wasn’t any noise issues between the rooms and breakfast was sausage, eggs and waffles.

We were fairly pleased by this property but it would not have been good in the off season. Our room required us going outside to get to breakfast, the ice machine etc. there was a route through the pool but it was locked (even when it shouldn't have been). Ask for a main building room

Great hotel overall. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I did notice a bug in the bathroom, but it appeared to be a one-off and was easily dealt with. The hotel is a bit dated, but still offers great value for the price. The staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. Parking is somewhat expensive, but there are more affordable options nearby if you don’t plan on coming and going often. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There’s also lots of restaurant close by that’s great for lunch or dinner—an all-you-can-eat breakfast option for $12.99. My wife and I have eaten there before, and it typically comes to around $40–$50 with coffee and tip. I would do the math at roughly $25 per person. If you have multiple people with you and you take advantage of the free breakfast it will lower the cost of your stay considerably. My wife and I stayed in the shoulder season mid week for 1 night and was under $80. In my mind, factoring in breakfast for two dropped my cost to $30… that an insane deal for Niagara Falls! INSANE! Highly recommend!!

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and hot…just get there early! Lots of food but space fills up quickly.

The property is very well situated and easily accessible to the main Niagara Falls attractions. It was well maintained, clean and the room was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent….loved the waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages. I was very impressed with breakfast room staff’s ability to deal with the organized chaos at peak times. We used the pool and hot tub and they were very clean and well kept. However, the housekeeping aspect could stand some improvement. During our 4 day stay, our beds were only made once. We indicated that we did not need our beds made or towels changed daily, but emptying garbage pails and replacing disposables would have been appreciated. The messy housekeeping cart and various laundry bins, full garbage bags, mops, etc. were permanent fixtures in the hall from early morning until evening and were sometimes a tripping hazard. Having said that, I would certainly stay there again and our stay there was of great value. Thanks again.

Breakfast bar was ok as was the breakfast. A sitting room of some type would have been nice to have a space to sit with family.

The breakfast offered comprised of a hot meal of egg, sausages and waffles. The attending staffs were professional and pleasant.
