Nice customer service

We were in the pool and the power went out. Stairwell had no emergency lighting. Child tripped and injured. No heat or power for over an hour. One staff on site. No maintenance or supervisors would come in. Boiler was not reset so freezing shower for a family of 4 in the morning. No compensation. No care. No service.

From start to finish the process of getting a room here was painless. We arrived late for check in after a soccer game and the room keys and paper work was already mostly filled out.

Power outage, and No hot water. Did not get a chance to shower.

The room was great. Front desk found me a not so poofy pillow

Clean, friendly, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Quick check in and out, very convenient location.
