Very clean and nice rooms. The breakfast bar was also very good, offering a wide assortment of items. It is also a great location, a very short walk from the metro and near two pharmacies and a small convenience shop. The only caution I would offer, and this is meant as advice and not criticism, is that the shower door entry width is very small compared to what Americans are accustomed to. I would estimate it at 12-14 inches. If you are much larger than a 36” waist size, you may have some issues squeezing through.

Location is very good, 3 min walk to Metro station, 10kin walk to main train station. Stuff was very- very nice. Ladies working breakfast were amazing! They had hog breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh salad, vegetables, fresh cut fruits, some desserts, coffee made to order, juices.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. I recommend getting a room away from the main road as it can be very noisy.

The room was a good condition and kept clean everyday. However, I booked and paid for a “superior room” but was placed in regular room. When I asked the front desk staff about it, they said that it was the superior room. It didn’t match the pictures or the square footage shown in the website.

Excellent location. Lovely, helpful staff. Compact but great room with a balcony. 24-hour manned reception was very helpful coming back late from the Olympic Opening Ceremony. There were issues with the water and safe in the room when I arrived but these were fixed relatively quickly. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Housekeeping was excellent. Friendly staff. Great location. Appreciated the large room which made it comfortable accommodations for my body stature.

Most areas were outstanding! The only thing I can Fault is the sound proofing. I could hear almost everything from the street in my room. The windows look newer but I don't know how well they sealed when closed. Almost forgot the beds are pretty hard.

Hotel posizionato in una zona molto comoda, vicina alla stazione e in pieno centro. Esterni e hall molto ben curati. Presentava invece qualche difetto la camera (singola): niente di particolarmente grave, ma non mi è parsa all'altezza degli standard di in 4 stelle (polvere sulle pareti della doccia, angoli e imposte un po' usurati, odore non troppo gradevole, scolo del terrazzino da sostituire, così come la luce esterna)... Nel complesso è stato comunque un soggiorno positivo, grazie ad una buona colazione e allo staff particolarmente cortese e professionale.

Serene. Right at the city center. Easily accessible to shops and the Duomo square. Breakfast was very good. Had a lovely stay. Will visit again.

When I read the reviews they were all good but it was somewhat misleading. The hotel was not nice in my opinion. The rooms were so small you couldn’t really walk around and there was mold in our shower I took a picture to prove it. They said the hotel was renovated and newer but the room did not look like it was. We left the next day and checked into another hotel

Positives - Friendly reception staff, modern furnishings, comfortable bed, good shower and quiet effective air conditioning. Negatives - room smelt of cigarette smoke and would have preferred the option of a non-smoking room but this option wasn't available on the expedia website

The staff was very friendly and informative,the area was perfect as metro and public transport was nearby to travel around.also shops, cafes, restaurants, were all close by. Duomo di Milano was only 4 stops away on underground from hotel.
