The reception staff was very friendly and polite (Frankie). He made our welcome fun. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable. The whole hotel is excellent

Great location! Everything you need is within walking distance, or only a very short drive. The executive room was very clean, had everything we needed, and had a great view. The bed was so comfortable, we slept so well. We will definitely stay again.

The room was shabby no cleaning over the Christmas period. Had to go to main desk to get tea,milk for room .breakfast was very poor and at £16 not worth it.

Easy check in done via online check in system. Room spotless and bath is friendly do people with mobility issues. Staff pleasant and professional. Good quality breakfast with a nice selection.
