Clean room, helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Pillows too soft for my liking. Could hear the traffic from our room. Otherwise, stay was enjoyable.

My room was near the entrance, can hear ppl talking outside. Room inside has the humid smell, need to adjust the ventilation. Nearby has no food places, hotel restaurant close at 9pm, we reached at 9.30pm and can’t find anything to eat. Breakfast only has little choices. But the staffs are super friendly and helpful, assisted me to make the room more comfortable. Btw, the power point are designed very low, closed to table platform, my power adapter has no space to plug in, can’t use it

Convenient location. Staff are courteous and helpful, although housekeeping slipped a couple of times, i.e, did not clean the room despite request in room tag when I left a little later in the morning (11am). Breakfast cost more than last year so perhaps a sign of the times. All in all, a good place to stay.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very helpful in getting us extra things like tissues and extra cups. It was nice to have a guest laundry because we ended up having to do multiple loads.

A very elegant and charming hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. I didn’t have time to explore the amenities, but will definitely be back when next in the area.

Plenty of rooms and parking available. Breakfast could of had more variety. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice and professional..i would stay here again
