Many good things. It was more than a room - a whole T1 apartment! this was the first nice surprise. Very clean and well equipped, good heating/cooling system, plenty of hot water. But the best thing of all was the quality of the staff. So helpful and friendly,especially Marcus and Lineu at reception.

I love this place ,staff amazing ,the apartments fully fitted with everything you might need ,the pool had a upgrade in march ,gardens ,lovely plenty of shaded areas ,as well as sunny spots round the pool.Reception was up graded in March

Great value, the room was clean tidy and spacious. The staff were all great and so friendly. Pool is very nice too and the restaurant bar area. Would definitely stay again

Been here before and really enjoyed it then not so much this time ,its amazing what difference a room makes. Last time double bed top floor quite lovely balcony facing sun great shower .Thus time 2nd floor 2 single beds shower in bath balcony not facing sun and a barking dog all night. Shame.

Love these apartments ,staff lovely ,apartments spotless ,towels changed daily ,hotel bus to the beach and Portimao, there is also a nearby bus stop that takes you to Alvor ,Supermarkets about 10 mins walk ,taxis are cheap ,this is my third visit here this year ,and l have already booked up to return next year ,Thanks to Dora and her team and to Carlos the bus driver

We have stayed here a few times now and the property is spotless the staff are wonderful and very friendly and it's very peaceful. Highly recommended!! We love Portugal.

Overall good hotel, location is OK.

Clean apartment. Helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to the beach and town twice a day at set times. Pool was a bit dirty when we arrived, but it was cleaned every morning and improved a bit over the week. Room was cleaned daily if required. Kitchen was fine but no chopping board or other useful implements such as tin opener etc. The balcony was very narrow which made it difficult for a family of 4 to sit out.

I’ve stayed before and this place never disappoints. The staff are absolutely fantastic, always willing to help. The property is in a perfect location, 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the supermarket. The rooms are huge, spotlessly clean and comfortable with lovely balconies. I think officially it’s 3 star but it’s certainly deserving of more.

The good: - close walking distance to the beach - safe and clean The average: - picky on clean shower towels - we were a party of 4, received only 3 large shower towels. Reception didn't want to provide more - small parking lot nearby. Most of the times, you'll have to park on the side streets nearby - only 1 common AC in the common area, no additional AC in the main bedroom - lacking appropriate cutlery such as cutting knife if you want to prepare your own meal - pool area is busy if you want to just chill

The local area around this property is beautiful and the room was very spacious. However, it was lacking in amenities, namely the hotel wifi does not work.

I stayed here for 4 nights ,the apartment was well equipped and was very clean ,not many people at the hotel.Staff friendly and the lication is near shops about a ten min walk away ,there is a large complex

The staff were surly and unhelpful The room was badly designed and put together. For example the microwave was on the bottom shelf in a cupboard which I could not possibly lift out also no plugs in the kitchen area even to plug a kettle in . The breakfast was cheap white bread with an option of Nutella or Nutella,

Lovely 1 bedroom appartment with kitchen and 2 balconies. Pool and bar was also nice. Pool was a tjny bit cold but we were there in may. Parking for free outside the hotel. Reception was a bit rude and wouldnt let us check in until we presented a voucher. Showing the email was not good enough and they made us find the booking, email it etc.. should all just be on the computer. Also, no washing up liquid or sponge to do dishes.

As other reviews have stated, these apartments are a little dated but spotlessly clean and the staff are really pleasant. What did stand out were the electrics in the apartment. They are just bizarre. There are 15 light switches and only 8 lights. There is no logic as to which switch controls which light and 6 of the switches do not control anything. There are plenty of plug sockets but most of them are placed where they are no use. The kitchen area only has 2 and one of those is at chest height directly above the sink so you can't plug any of the appliances directly into it. The other is next to the sink but the work surface there is only large enough to fit a toaster, and that is at a push. The microwave oven was stored away in a cupboard at floor level with a plug socket. I got around this by purchasing a 3 gang extension cable for 5 euros from a 'Chinese' store down on the front. Most of the rest of the sockets are not near a surface where you can place any appliance/phone etc. Example: there is one socket between the twin beds but the bedside tables are on the outsides. There is also no light switch near the bed so you have to find your way to bed in the dark. Why they don't put a bedside table in the middle with a lamp on it, God only knows. It's clear that, at some point, someone has decided to rearrange all the furniture in the apartment but not taken the placement of the sockets and switches into account.
