Un hotel sencillo pero con muy buena ubicación para el turismo en Madrid. Cuartos limpios y bien equipados.

Location was the best. Great to best places to visit and food. Breakfast buffett was perfect.

Muy buen hotel, nada fancy pero exactamente lo que necesitas. El personal muy atento y dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado.

Room not comfortable for 4 people, only the beds and 1 chair. The shower was so dirty that the fungus on the walls run out with the water. Very dissapointing experience. Do not believe the good reviews are true.

The second flour was better than the first one

Overall great. The only thing was that the food servers were incredibly rude when the meals were over.

Our room was not ready when we checked in and we had to wait about an hour. Staff was brusque but efficient. In the morning, I went to the front desk and asked to have my name on the breakfast list. They did so. I got 1 cup Of coffee. But shortly after, I was harassed and accused of sneaking in. I explained that my name had been added but I was basically called a liar. I was upset and left and had breakfast elsewhere. At checkout, I got an apology but still had to pay for a breakfast I never had. 17€.

The hotel was in a fantastic location to be able to walk everywhere, we didn't use the Metro once in four days. Some great eating places nearby, once you are off of the main areas. Would definitely use the hotel again if in Madrid.

All and all - good value for money! The staff are very nice and cooperative, The location is excellent (max 10 minutes walk from EVERYTHING), The room was a bit disappointing (smaller than I anticipated), Satisfying breakfast and 24/7 coffee machine for hotel guests

The facilities were exactly what I needed during my stay in Madrid. Very close to everything. The staff was very friendly (special mention to Elisa and Ana who helped me with everything I needed). Definitely I would recommend and visit in the future.

El personal que atiende el area del desayuno no tiene profesionalismo y mucho menos atencion al cliente,por solo la actitud de este personal cambia la experiencia en el hotel, yo no lo recomiendo y mucho menos regresaria

Staff was so helpful. Room was a little warm, but quiet. Excellent location. Got yelled at for taking a pastry 5 minutes after breakfast hour ended (a bit odd).
