Everything was perfect, and the staff is amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful beds, large rooms, amazing views from balcony. Great breakfast. Shuttle service into Taormina a big plus. Really happy to have stayed here.

Clean and spacious room with fabulous view from the balcony. Shower was tiny and very dated. Lots of plumbing noises through the night disturbed our sleep. Breakfast decent with lots of fresh cake but the scrambled egg was watery and unappealing and many basic items such as bread often ran low and we had to ask to be replenished. Juice was awful. Lovely pool area with amazing view. Castelmola is lovely and the bus to Taormina stops directly outside the hotel. Overall a good stay.

The staff was so very helpful - before and during our stay. They were very hard working too. The hotel is quaint and comfortable and our rooms had absolutely stunning views of Mount Etna! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room. Staff friendly and helpful. 15mins drive out from Taormina centre but there are bus once an hour.

Most wonderful experience we were treated to an upgraded room to celebrate our 40 years of marriage. We highly suggest adding this breath taking experience the most perfect stay

High up a mountain with crazy roads. We reserved a lesser room by mistake. The other units with a view looked spectacular! Good breakfast and great pool.

A lovely hotel a bit of the way up the hill from Taormina. If you are a scaredy cat driver then this is not the place for you. L

Hotel is amazing, so many antiques and curiosity’s to look at. Very much old fashioned style. Stunning views, quiet location. Book an Etna view room as away from the road. Lots of choice for breakfast and the hotel restaurant just up the road, La Caverna is wonderful. From the pool, reception and the restaurant staff I really can’t fault them. This really is a wonderful hotel. A short walk up a hill is Castelmola for beautiful shops bars and lovely for a drink in the evening. Bus stop outside hote 15 mins to Taormina. You can walk down if fit. Great location

nice view and nice staffs

We stayed for 5 nights but would have loved to have stayed longer. Every member of staff at the hotel we met during our stay was helpful, especially David on reception who made us welcome as soon as we arrived. The whole hotel is kept extremely clean, and the team are visibility working hard throughout the day. We had a Classic room which was large enough for our needs and had alot of storage. There was never a problem with getting a sun bed around the pool and the views of Mt. Etna are breathtaking. Breakfast is a buffet with a good hot and cold selection and there is a great restaurant next door called the Caverna in addition a short walk up into the main square there are plenty of good restaurants. The hotel offers a free Shuttle bus into Taomina, can organise a number of trips, we had a day at a beach club,  and a vineyard trip. We had a great stay and hope to be back next year.

The staff in this facility were very nice and helpful. In particular Davide on the reception desk was very helpful, respectful and nice. The only issue I had with this facility is the parking was a little bit difficult because of the nature of the area which was very hilly.

Lovely stay! The Etna views from our room and the hotel in general were amazing. Really helpful staff and easy to get into Taormina. Short stroll up the hill and you’re in Castelmola which is also a beautiful little town. Would definitely recommend staying.

Amazing views and really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The facilities are a little dated in places but didn’t detract from the stay. Highly recommend

Great stay. Good location. Amazing views. Lovely pool, sunbeds and poolside bar. Room comfortable and good size. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good but not great, but Sadly couldn’t sit on terrace due to prolific wasp population!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The views were spectacular! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The restaurant was amazing! Pool area could be updated and they should have a waiter or waitress that goes around. They should have something to get rid of the bees! We couldn’t have breakfast outside in the morning because of all the bees! Breakfast was great but more hot options would have been better.
