Our second stay here, and half board does not disappoint. The only slight gripe is parking which is 5 minutes walk away ( there is eden parking on google maps ), but we knew about this and still came back. hotel is part of a group which are in park of what used to be a park ( some still is ) and the grounds are stunning. Whilst it is by the beach, it;s private and none seems allocated to this hotel ( all for the more expensive in the group )

We loved the park nearby and the ability to walk to town. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Beautiful experiencia! Lovely hotel and surroundings. Perfectly located. Just by the beach and a walking distance (by a promenade) to the center of the City.

Beautiful hotel perfectly placed to visit Rovinj & the coastal pine forest walk

The hotel amenities and breakfast dining were great. Bedrooms and housekeeping spot on. Lots of activities if you wanted them but discreetly offered. Location good. Pool and beach areas fabulous with plenty of towels.

Beautiful hotel, nothing at all bad to say about this place, beach and pool are amazing, restaurants were amazing and staff was so helpful.

Pros..... Loved our stay at the Eden hotel. Great location for Rovinj Old Town if you're hay and able to walk. The rooms were lovely, well furnished and modern. Breakfast provided an excellent choice. Good facilities and activities. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons.... My only complaint, as suggested whilst staying at the hotel, is that care needs to be taken to ensure guests maintain the standards expected of a 4 star hotel....far too many towels and laundry hanging from balconies which lowers the tone. Also people using Mulini beach bar as sun loungers meaning people wanting drinks can't get tables/seats.

Great location for walking into Rovinj town. Lovely pool area, plenty of space too. Beautiful scenery. Food options in hotel a bit limited.

The rooms

room was good, the only downside was it was setup as a triple, when we were a couple, could have used the extra space. Food was excelent, we picked half board and were thinking ot would be hit or miss, but very much a hit, three well defined ourses and plenty of choice, based on our experience get there in the first 10 minutes to have good seating options. The only draw back is parking is 350 M from the hotel, you need to check in and leave your car for 15 minutes to then use your key to acccess the car park.

Fantastic hotel! I extended my stay because I loved it here so much. Gorgeous property in park-like surroundings and near the water. Spectacular buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Amazing spa with hot pool and sauna on ground floor. I had a lovely massage and soak. Walking distance to town and bicycle rental is also available. Lovely, friendly staff. 10/10. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Wish I could have stayed a week.

It's ok, we had some issues with shower hot water pressure, otherwise hotel is nice, clean, breakwas good , staff was nice and helpful. I would come back

I returned in this hotel after 10 years or so. The rooms very redecorated in our room was very clean. Beside friendly staff and free parking unfortunately that is all that is good in this hotel. We waited almost an hour for the check-in. The line was long as I would wait for the last plane to evacuate planet earth. Same story for the breakfast and dinner. If you don't pick odd hours for dinning you my find yourself looking for a free table for 10 minutes. I can't imagine what looks like on high season in July or august there. Tables in the dinning room are big as there are only families with 5 children or so. You have no privacy at all. The food is tasteless. The staff there is a disaster. They were not able to clean our big table (for 8 people) the whole time we were dinning our meal. So the two of us sat there among the piles of food and dirty plates that have been left from people that ate before we came. The room was cold. Although the air-conditioner could heat, that wasn't enough. They won't see us again there.

This hotel has everything. The location and the activities are awesome. The room was comfortable,nice ,big and clean. The only complaint I have is the coffee it was just ok.I enjoyed the pools and the beach access with all the complimentary launges. It was a short pleasant walk to the old town with all the shops and restaurants. The staff at this hotel were all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's nice for families with children as well.
