Location of the hotel and friendly atmosphere

Clean room, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, kids loved the pool and waterslide. Our check in was delayed by 45mins as the rooms weren't ready and the front desk were apologetic and gave me a 10% discount. We will be back

Clean room, good breakfast and courtious staff

Room was clean, staff was awesome. Slide was very loved by my son. Lots of stores close by!

The room was okay, nothing to write home about. Staff some good some just okay. breakfast was so so at best. Would I stay here again? I don't think so.

We had paid for queen beds we got double size beds!! Rooms are just OK! It’s a bit outdated and old, but it’s clean. Good breakfast in the morning. And we loved the pool. Very quiet.

Clean room. Only bad memory is I forgot my charging cables in room in a mad rush in the morning to check out but that was all my fault.

Just needed a quiet night before the flight

Hotel is overpriced for the quality. Very noisy all night. Rug was dirty and the room smelled bad.

Hot tub was perfect nothing in hot food was replensihed..eggs empty..3 sausages left..bacon empty..

Staff amazing. Room 209 smells of stinky feet, must be the carpet. Too tired to ask to change rooms. Staff very polite always available
