Older hotel very Small pool pictures made to make it look bigger!

Very clean Nice big room

Room is clean and spacey.

It used to be a very nice hotel, now it is a bit old and needs renovating. Still clean with nice and polite staff. I would not make it a special destination, but it was a good and affordable place to stay for a short business trip.

La piscine et le spa était propre et agréable. L’état et la propreté des chambres laissait à désirer mais nous étions là seulement pour une nuit et de passage pour un rdv donc c’est okay ça dépend vraiment de ce que l’on recherche comme genre de séjour!

English… more easy in french. Possibility to answer in the language choosen by the cistomer.

Love pool area but plan need to be clean, and bird cage was dirty, wish pool hours was earlier in the morning, also front desk shouldnt say room number out loud and giving more information but overall everything was good and

The hotel it self was worth the price. The room was clean. Minor imperfections but no major concerns.

Staffs are very kind and accommodating

Room smelling bad mold and smoking. They did not change us the room and they never come in the room to clean ! Bad experience!

Nous sommes allés à l’hôtel Ambassadeur durant la relâche 2025. Le personnel à l’accueil était sympathique. Nous aimons la qualité/prix de nos réservations. Nous y sommes à notre troisième fois à cet établissement. Les points positifs: - prix - l’espace piscine qui est très bien aménagé (jeux d’eau, piscine, spa, table, chaises longues ainsi que du mobilier partout dans l’espace pour relaxer/manger etc, déco) - la proximité des services (café, restos, dépanneur, station service) -activités offertes aux enfants pour la relâche - propreté Points à travailler: - nous avons demandé pendant deux jours que la chambre soit faite (nettoyage, serviettes, poubelle) et malgré tout, le service de ménage ne l’a pas fait. Nous comprenons qu’il y avait de l’achalandage vue la relâche. Malgré tout, nous aurions aimé que le service de ménage s’occupe de nos demandes. Il a été difficile d’avoir des serviettes propres.

I enjoyed some of the amenities although for example the spa, I asked the employee watching over the pool how to activate the jets and she had no clue and no one could figure it out. It was not easy to get the kids to sleep early (for early ski days in morning) as lots of other guests let their children run and scream in the corridors up to ten o'clock and was not a nice quiet and calm environment.

Pool is nice but building and rooms in poor condition. Mattress not so comfortable. Lots of children running in the hallways at all hours. Only two doses of coffee.

Nous nous sommes fais réveillé avant 9h am par des renos dans la chambre voisine.c’était vraiment fort le bruit. La chambre tremblait . Pendant la relâche on y étais pour se reposer enfin. J’ai appelé et on m’a dit qu’on me r’appelerais ,aucune nouvelle. Nous n’avions pas de poubelle 🗑️,peu ou souvent pas de serviette à la piscine. Quand j’appelle la réception aucune réponse. J’ai fais plusieurs séjour à cet hôtel ,cletait pas le gros luxe,mais c’était correct. Celle fois-ci très déçu. Le spa n’a toujours pas de jets!!!
