The main building of the hotel looked nice. The restaurant where breakfast was served and the breakfast itself were good. The staff was nice. However, the building where we were accommodated needs renovation. The elevator did not seem safe, it looked very old, but I believe it is safe. The open entrance hallways did not seem very pleasant. The room was clean, but the condition of the bathroom and especially the kitchen area is very worn. The missing door on the kitchen unit, the condition of the refrigerator and the unclean microwave did not seem good. The bedroom and living room are okay, the advantage is the terrace with a nice view. The price was very good.

Was not informed works being carried out. Restaurant is more of a canteen with understaffing causing tables not being cleared soon enough. Singer in Restaurant/canteen during evening meal was told during eating that we had to pay an additional E3pp to eat there. Food unreplenished quick enough. Average food. Room was clean with no service change had to take towels into makeshift reception for changeover,.chairs on balcony split and cracked. Pool loungers so uncomfortable. Wont be back

The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it.

This property advertises a gym but non of the equipment is working… actually could be an accident waiting

The room it self was ok but the gym is terrible the equipment is just nonfunctional and that was the reason I booked this place as we only book hotels with gym … and we travel a lot… I had my suspicions hance why I only booked one night at a time … even though we are in the area got much longer …

If enjoy resort living, this is a great option with easy access to beach.

We were first time in Denia and booked the place with great expectations. Obviously covid had hit the property pretty hard, technical maintanance had been overlooked: heating pumps were noicy and laundry hangers were loose of the walls. Other than that, service was friendly and the place was in a good area, 15 mins walk to city center.

Check-in was very slow, partly because they could not find our booking. The people in front of us and the people behind had the same problems. Either the staff or the IT systems seem to be not fit for purpose.

Good location, 5min walk to the see. Nice staff, good breakfast. Swimming pool and area around it not too overcrowded, I guess many guests go to the beach hence enough available sun beds around the pool. Would go back again for a short stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. The AC was amazing.

Breakfast is amazingly fresh and varied! Very close to the beach and great pools ! Well maintained and always eager to help staff! A great place to enjoy and to keep coming back for great service and comfort !

Stayed here for 1 night. Arrived early (2:30pm) for 4pm checked in but unable to enter the apartment because they claimed it wasn't ready for occupancy. But we're advised to use the restaurant and return in an 1hr and it will be ready by then. The block we were in looked so tired and unloved. The lift was so scruffy and dirty. Because its winter season, the pool was full of dead leaves. Very dirty. Breakfast was very pleasant. However, few of plates on the stock pile were dirty with gravy still on it. This was highlighted to the waitress. Reception was very good.

We don’t like this property. Bad vibes from the beginning. Bad food. WiFi for pay.

Back to an area where we had a home so the hotel was convenient and we were impressed with the facilities.

Good value hotel. Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. Excellent facilities. A little dated, but well maintained.

Was stated that this was a "bike/Cycling friendly" hotel but this was not the case. No facilities to store bikes or bike boxes and felt we were made to feel we were a nuisance to the hotel staff. Rooms were ok but in real need of update and decoration.

Very impressed with standard of comfort and cleanliness. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with lovely balcony and comfortable furniture. A bit out of the way from bars, shops etc but walkable. Would have been nice if bar/cafeteria was open more.

Very quiet location, not far from the beach, 15 min walk into town and thus to nearest restaurants and bars. I would certainly return and recommend.

Just what we needed for a base. Well placed in the town.

Fantastic apartment. Couldn't fault it in any way. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful design. Intend to visit again. A++++++
