Great staff, the hot tub was out of order but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

From the booking it wasn't clear if there is breakfast included. The breakfast was available for purchase at Denny's, which is connected with the hotel.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I really was hoping to use it after sitting in a car for 10 hours

The suite we stated in was well designed for a family. However, there was an issue being over charged from what we had been told by Hotels.com we would pay and the staff were very unhelpful and charged us the higher rate.

Clean room. No kettle.

Room was clean. AC very loud. Heard dogs barking in the hall but it wasnt late. Hot Tub not working. Front desk staff top notch. For $250 a night, you might think that a continental breakfast would be in order. Good coffee and a nutrigrain bar was all that was offered. Would stay again but not for $250.

Very good facilities. Was everything I expected and more as I got a beautiful upgrade which was really nice to get. Wonderful surprise. I would definitely return again.

the bathroom faucet sprayed water all over the vanity and wall. the bathroom door would jam and it took a 200 pound man to get it opened. these issues should have been dealt with prior to renting. for $200+ per night i was dissapointed

There was not any breakfast

We don’t stay in a lot of hotel rooms but really, what’s up with the tiny bath towels? It’s a Sandman hotel that charges over $200 room and my towels at home are bigger and better. We were in a suite and the faucet by the coffee machine spit all over the place. Less than impressed by this hotel.

Everytime I am passing through Calgary on the highway I try and stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, its clean and newly renovated. Everything I need for an overnight stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the front desk. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met.
