Good and safe stay close to main train station

A brilliant stay, good location, clean, friendly staff and good size rooms. We would go again.

Overall a decent stay, parking is a bit of a rip off and nowhere to park so you can unload.

Close to train station and buses. Walkable to main attractions.

Good location. It is what it is. Its certainly not terrible but my aircon didnt work. For what it is its definitely fine.

We wasn’t staying in Bergamo for long, just the one night to watch the football. Hotel is ideal if arriving on train as it looks onto the station. Hotel is good, rooms are modern and the shower is decent.

We are veteran travelers and I can say with no exaggeration the experience with reception desk was worst I have had in decades.

A good place to stay at airport bus drop-off and across the street from train station. Good breakfast for 10 euros.

Great hotel room

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! It was my parent's 60th anniversary and first time to Italy. The staff took such care of them until i arrived. Thank you so much!
