The room was adequate. There was no breakfast abailable, no bar, or anything ad advertised. There are a few places within walking distance

The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!

This place exceeded our expectations! The location is superb—right in the heart of the historical district, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for families. Plus, the on-site restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Summer travelers BEWARE. The AIR CONDITIONING in this hotel is a joke! (And I had difficulty booking another hotel from here after one night here because the wi-fi sucks as well.) Staff is very nice, parking is good.

Staff was very attentive and friendly…especially the nice woman who checked us in at 9:30 pm to on Saturday night. There’s a very decent pizzeria and pasta ristorante right below the hotel that was serving at 10 pm, also with an excellent staff. Breakfast was worth the 8-9 euros and was quite pleasant…so all round excellent.
