Hotel was great, more perfect if hotel provide bidet spray/jet washer in the bathroom.

Location, service, cleanliness, and comfort were superb!

due to stay Check-in is quite cold, over 1 o'clock, but the front desk staff are very welcoming, both bell boy, but the next day, during check-out, will go to the car, daughter walks first, we clear the bill, she asks bellboy if there is an umbrella? Modern, clean rooms with views of the pool view, very pleasant. The location is very strategic, very close to Patong Beach. At night there are many street markets, easy to find food. Transportation is also very easy and there are many tuktuk near the hotel.

Our family holiday, we booked 2 superior room, clean room, view pool & nice balcony 👍👍. We stay for 2 nights. The front desk was very quick response for check in and she was very friendly. The hotel is close to everywhere, out of the hotel is directly at Patong Beach, the rooms are clean, the service is good, the employees are responsive, the check-in time is crowded.
