Too noisy

Room was spotless and the staff was great

Clean and comfortable

Overall experience was adequate. Poor cleanliness and tired looking room. Cleanliness in bathroom especially left a lot to be desired. Heating in room couldn’t be changed despite the room being cold. There was also no functioning restaurant or bar as was told out for tender and had been closed off for a while. The only staff we spoke with were polite and helpful and were happy for us to check in early.

No heating & previous guests belongings in room. A Tesco uniform shoved under the chair. A vape and tracksuit under the bed. It was -9 degrees promised a refund then refused it. Staff pleasant but head office real let down.

Everything was good, the staff were helpful. The big issue I had was the rooms all smelling like cigarettes

The stay was good. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED AS THEY HAVE LOST THE CONTRACT FOR FOOD.

Location of hotel to train station is convenient with onsite parking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Check out time is not too early. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Place was clean, air on/heating didn't work, Shower was just above cold, Served the purpose of a cheap overnight crash.

Room right next to staff room and within steps from reception. Loud banging from doors after 6am Smoker next door - tried calling reception for help no answer so had to put up with it Poor quality shower Decor is nice, but wouldn’t rate as a 3 star hotel.: more like a 2

I had a train to catch at 7:15, and the breakfast hadn't all been put out at 6:55. Got what i couldfor my journey. The woman that emerged from the kitchen was rather rude to me. Never mind.

Nice clean hotel and the staff are welcoming. Ive stayed here at least 3 seperate occasions in the past 12 mnths

Horrific experience

Didn't have breakfast. No alcohol available in the bar, general 'tiredness' of the property, especially the bar area and the entrance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Convenient for wherever needed to be

No lights in, hear all the noise outside in corridor

Outside needs updating but honestly it was perfect for our overnight trip to the theatre. Comfortable, clean and very quiet so had a good night sleep. Short taxi ride to the theatre.

I've stopped here many times as it is great for Crewe Station, however this visit has proved its changing. The room i was given Friday night looked like it had been involved in a scuffle from the previous people. Lots of marks on the bathroom door including it being taped up holding the glass in place, also the TV wouldn't work. I had arrived late travelling down from Scotland in the Storm Amy and really just wanted my bed. But having to return to reception and ask for another room made me very disappointed. Also to charge £20 for breakfast is far too much. I think I deserve a part refund.
