Friendly stuff, the pool is lovely, easy check in and check out.

Bed was HORRIBLE. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. No sound proofing. If you are facing the park, you will hear the music until 4am. No fridge. They dont allow you to drink alcohol on property, not even in tour room. The room keys had to be reprogrammed every single day, staff couldnt be bothered to program them properly.

My husband and I booked this hotel for two nights but ended up leaving after just one—it was that bad. Check-in was painfully slow, and on top of that, we were charged 300 pesos as a deposit just for towels. When we were finally given our key, we headed to our room on the second floor (no elevator, by the way), only to find that the key didn’t work. Back down we went to get a new one. Once inside, we realized that the TV and A/C remotes belonged to another room and didn’t work either. My husband had to go back again to the front desk to get the right ones. As we started settling in, we noticed the room was incredibly noisy. The windows facing the street didn’t seal shut, and the noise from traffic, buses, bars, and loud music made it feel like we were inside one of the clubs. We asked to change rooms, hoping for a quieter one, but the second room had the same problem. To make matters worse, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel every single spring. I barely slept and woke up sore and exhausted. We didn’t even bother staying for the second night and immediately switched to another hotel. I would never recommend this place. It might seem like a budget option, but as the saying goes: cheap ends up being expensive. Avoid it at all costs.

The hotel has been around for awhile but still in good shape and a very nice location. Excellent staff. I regularly stay here when coming to Cancun for dental work -- at least the first night because it's in easy walking distance to the ADO bus station

Good hotel, with decent budget. Easy access to downtown, ADO bus station and has lot of options around for restaurants. Room doesn't come with: Oven Dryer It's apt for people coming to stay overnight as budget friendly, no luxury expectations.

Every thing was great!

Good location easy to walk to and from ADO but we could hear the noise from the restaurants and events of the plaza de las palapas until late night. Friendly staff.

Ok, clean, pool does not have pool chairs, a bit loud. No indoor parking.

Everything was ok we stayed on a Saturday night, till 5 am Sunday morning loud music outside on the market / fancy square.

Tha staff was nice , the place clean although I didn’t get the best room

The windows didn’t closed and Music outside very loud couldn’t sleep until 4am definitely no for family. Anything else very good and the price is very reasonable

There was no hot water for showers. Staff went to go check it's temperature at the room and said it was warm. It was cold.

All good except they charged me for leaving at 12:40

Muy mala experiencia nada que ver con las fotografías que muestran algunas cosas que aparecen allí no están, por las noches hay demasiado ruido, se siente mucha inseguridad, nunca volvería, no hay microondas, cafetera, plancha, etc. Si tu plan es pasar unas bellas vacaciones y quieres tomar algún cóctel o servecita este no es lugar, si metes alcohol te cobrarán unas multa sin previo aviso, never again. Sin mensionar que las puertas están muy inseguras y viejas.. Terrible, the are not microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator etc, the service is really bad , smells really bad, noisy all night, also if you planning to have fun and relax drink alcohol in your room after a long day this is not the place the will ask you for to pay a penalty with out previos notice,

Terrible place to stay no lock on the door and room smelled horrible mold on pillows . Do not stay here especially if you are a female

Staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and friendly. Guests were noisy and did not consider that other guests were there too. From outside building looked good but inside, room was not greatest. Sink taps were old and leaking, no sprinkle system, Air conditioner was old and noisy,, did not feel safe to be there. We were there for 3 nights, saw police two times. It does not look like, building meets standard code for housing..

The location is really great!!! That’s all what we like. No body soup, no shampoo and conditioner, no hair dryer. Broken tap and shower head. Very noisy music singing laughing talking in night time until 2am with other guests from India. If you don’t mind these things and your priorities are only location and price, we recommend this hotel.

Strange visitor policy for visitors as I had a 2 double bed room with just me there.
