Beautiful island, the resort side is amazing. We loved the shells on arrival, mimosa and they gad a lovely card and bottle of bubbles in our room to celebrate. The day area was abit dated as the bar was closed and the pool was empty. It has so much potential.

Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. TV channels kept freezing every 30-40 secs. Was reported to reception but nothing was done about it. Food was expensive. Pool areas were good as was the location and scenery.

Food was so bad no selections at all told us buffet was every night when we booked and got here and turned buffet into twice a week have no options for food you have to eat breakfast or you will be so hungry they don’t serve lunch menu for dinner so hardly anything you can have for dinner no basics and food was extremely over priced and under served

Room cleaning is average. They did not properly vacuumed and did not clean bathroom. Aircond is a bit noisy. Shower was leaked. Safe had batteries taped at the back. There was no cover lol. Dinning option should include small healthy bites. Restaurants were good. Overall the place is excellent and staffs were wonderful. We loved kayak, observatory, rain forest walk and last minute buggy ride. Wonderful people. We will visit again.

Room was recently refreshed however building it was in was very old, breakfast wasn’t appealing, poor groundskeeping and maintenance. 2.5 star max

Love Daydream! Only thing I'd love more about it is if the main pool was heated.

Great stay, from the start all staff made us feel special But ended on a bad note… The departure was not handled well - no one to help with bags, staff member MIA then advised no bag assistance but made a big deal about coming down to walk us to ferry line! For those who need assistance with bags it apparently is dependent on the ferry used for transfer or whether staff can be bothered.

Daydream is a great getaway for young families or older couples just wanting to get away from it all.

We booked an ocean view room and got a pool view. The water sports were located at the other end of the resort where the old resort was located which was all boarded up and looked like the cyclone just hit it again. TV didn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work. The room was dirty and the balcony was filthy. Staff were amazing and very accommodating where possible. As a couple without kids I would not recommend. Also the ferry fares are very expensive.

Great family location, generally lots to do for the kids

Very limited options at the Infinity restaurant considering the prices. The food looked great but was consistently disappointing. Very similar experience at the Salti restaurant. The pizzas were good though. It was also surprising that the resorts dedicated Tour and Activities desk weren't able to arrange activities for us. Instead, they advised us to call companies to arrange this ourselves. They didn't seem to appreciate that the "cheap local call" would mean having to buy a Roaming package for out mobiles, which was definitely not expected to be necessary when staying at the resort. Every day we were told the jetskis were either unavailable because it was too windy, or they were fully booked. However, the jetskis were parked up and unused, whilst we could see people from other resorts using jetskis on the water. There was clearly an issue with the management or operation of the service and it was very disappointing and frustrating to hear them being dishonest about it. Cocktails were expensive, very underwhelming, and the customer service was appalling. As there was very little else to do, due to the windy conditions and lack of jetskis, this could have been something fun for us and lucrative for them, but everyone missed out on the opportunity. Areas of the resort were very run down and derelict. Having somewhat splashed out on this rare treat for the family and not spared the expenses, it was very disappointing and did not live up to the reviews I'd read.

Great staff, time goes so slow on the island but theres allways something to do! Our 2nd time and never want to leave !

The staff are amazing, always very professional, and well trained in hospitality. The property is lovely with great facilities, excellent food and drinks at the restaurants and bars and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and service recieved.

It was relaxing ànd very picturesque from our room. Breakfasts was excellent. Daydream Island is very good for someone that wants to relax as well as for families to have an enjoyable holiday. We were disappointed with the restaurant food and attitude of the people serving.
