Staff at checking was very friendly, polite and helpful

The heater / air-conditioning units are very, very loud. Even if you turn yours off, you can hear the next room's unit start up and make noise until it shuts off again. My unit run at about 78 decibels, try to sleep with that...good luck

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful

Welcoming staff was the only french speaking person we found in the hotel and restaurant areas. Will have to verify before booking next time. Heating system in room is terrible. We’re not handicap but not a single bar for entry or in the tub for showering!! Very dangerous.

No free breakfast..no complimentary coffee after arriving later then noon.. Bed wasn't comfortable. Room was clean.

It is a lovely hotel that I stay in frequently due to travel for my work. The staff are always wonderful and they offer little perks like hot chocolate bars and hot coffee and tea in the lobby. The location is great for restaurants, shopping and proximity to the highway for travellers.
