Great experience! Close to the train, and walking distance to great areas. Would stay again!

It’s a very nice hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast Buffett is good. Our room was very nice and clean. It’s a bit far from the city center, but metro and tram are very close and convenient. Hotel location is better suited for business travelers but it worked for us too.

The hotel was very convenient to the Porto Garibaldi and an easy walk to the landmarks we wanted to visit. The area was well serviced by public transport.

This hotel is barely in Milan. The rooms were warm and there was no AC despite advertising. Food was only fair compared to other hotels. My kids and I decided to change venue.

A beautiful room that was very comfortable, friendly staff, convenient location.

Our first time in Milan and I was not aware of distance of the main area. First day, we walked like 20,000 steps shopping around. So, location wise was not that close, still accessible via buses or metro. No complains about staff or room. Breakfast done at hotel for convenience. Same breakfast in all Italian locations! I can’t say it is not a safe zone, as I’m not familiar with the area but not a place you want to walk around at night. Specially if you are not local. But we did it and no problem at all. Not recommended. We found the way to use public transportation and it was great!

Very helpful staff. Location close to public transportation. Rooms are smaller. No wardrobe to unpack.

A little far from the city centre but if you’re willing to take the tram it is a good location. Rooms are clean, but parts of the hotel look like they could benefit from some renovations. Overall good experience.
