This property is fantastic. Everything about it has been done to perfection. The staff are all so warm, friendly and professional. The food is amazing and the rooftop bar and pool is bliss.

Loved our stay at MiM! Before arrival, I exchanged a few emails with the hotel staff about arranging a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday — they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make it special. The gym and spa facilities were lovely, and everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. Highly recommend!

Pros: The facilities. The hotel is absolutely stunning. New, modern, and SO clean. We got the room with a full ocean view and it was gorgeous. The wraparound balcony was so fun. The pool is very nice, with a nice ocean view. Their rooftop pool is so fun & has a bar The bathroom had a window overlooking the ocean that opened up and you could hear the waves while showering Cons: The staff is very young - agewise and experience-wise. They all seem new and it shows in their hospitality. We tried 3 alcoholic beverages and they were some of the worst we’ve ever had. I finally ordered a margarita thinking how can you mess up a margarita? But that they did. I got it with no ice, in a martini glass, looking and tasting quite sad. The bar crew is in some deep need of training. We got the breakfast & dinner plan & I highly recommend you skip. The breakfast was average, but the dinner was just sad and repetitive and often cold. If you are looking to visit the popular calas on social media, they are all quite far from this location. One day we opted to just hang out at the beach by the hotel to avoid driving and we were very disappointed. There was so much trash in the ocean. Plastic bags, plastic bottles, kids running unsupervised with full bags of food in the ocean which were then falling in & creating more trash.

Great hotel in a nice area of Mallorca. The staff was amazing, very attentive. The restaurant offers a nice dinner buffet with choices for everyone. We enjoyed the Sky Bar 😃

I liked the food at the restaurant which was included in the Half Board option however there were limited variety and you have to pay for water at dinner which is a bit odd. Ended up getting double charged and the refund was less than the charge. Pretty sure it was a angry move from staff after we complained about the hidden SPA fees & dinner drinks.

The hotel is immaculate and super clean! Restaurants in resort all the same…little kerb side appeal…pizza,pasta,paella and burgers on every menu!

Lovely place, the front desk staff were rude and stuck up

We stayed recently for 6 nights B&B and loved it! Hotel is very modern, clean and relaxed. Staff are super helpful, we were able to check in early and offered complimentary shower facilities after check out as we had a late flight. Roof top pool and sky bar offer amazing views too. Would highly recommend 👍

Excellent stay! Great pool and lovely staff, really helpful with sorting an extra night so that we could keep the same room for our late flight home. Recommend this hotel
