It is a treat to visit. We have been 6-7 times and it’s always wonderful! Wilson was exceptional at the front desk!

We liked everything. This hotel/property is amazing. While showing some age, the rooms/cabanas are spacious and comfortable, featuring nice patios. The three interconnected pools are wonderful with massage fountain features. The restaurant food and service were good. The best part is the natural jungle that surrounds you. The insects, the mammals and the most amazing howling monkeys! Oh I miss them already. Also Starbucks station. The archeological site, most amazing, just meters away. Vert highly recommended.

We used the pool and ate deserts at the restaurant, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The propertybis beautiful just like the oictures show. Wilson was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions.

Everyone was great.

The room was clean, the staff was capable and efficient, the place was located on a beautiful ground, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The only thing was that no glass was provided.

I was charged for a towel I never received. I had to pay for it because I had signed that I received 4 pool towels and I did sign but never felt the need to count the towels since I trusted them. Anyways be careful make sure you get what you sign for. Also, The waiter we got at the restaurant took forever to bring us a menu and our drink orders.Customer service was lacking didn’t feel welcomed. It’s just not the service I expected.

Our room was surrounded by the beautiful rain forest. In the mornings we heard and saw monkeys in the trees. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower was nice & hot. Very good air conditioning too. We appreciated the relaxing patio. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was marvelous.

We loved everything about it! The grounds are lovely, the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool is awesome, and the food is really good. It us a lovely spot in thr midfle if the jungle. The hiwler monkeys are the best.

The hotel is super beautiful clean and have the best pools. The restaurant has excellent food and wonderful service. They have a Starbucks store but the coffee is not as good as the one we have in USA and the manager was rude and arrogant.

The hotel is located in jungle close to Palenque ruin, like 5 to 10 minute walk to the ticket office. The swimming pool is very nice and the room has excellent balcony patio facing the jungle. We saw some wildlife during our stay. The room is very spacious and clean.The restaurant on site is very convenient and the food is super good. The staff at restaurant wasn't very attentive when we asked for table, being ignored for a couple of times until we were seated, the waiters assigned to our table were nice and attentive serving food and drinks.

Beautiful and perfect to visit Palenque. Everything was fine.
