My birthday stay at Kempinski Hotel Shenzhen was disappointing. The hotel looks quite old despite its handy location near the metro. Staff politeness was mediocre; one male staff at the ground-floor service desk was rude. The room air-conditioning was insufficiently cold. There was absolutely no birthday acknowledgement even though the booking was for my special occasion. I will not stay here again.

Kamar luas dan nyaman. Cuma kalau pergi ke sana harus tahu nama hotelnya dalam bahasa Mandarin. Rata-rata supir taksi di Shenzen tidak tahu nama hotel dalam bahasa Inggris 🫢. Jadi, kesulitan mencari letak hotel.
