Staff were kind. The bed was comfortable. Close to the Pier. Room was very small. Area wasn’t near many restaurants. The area was a little sketchy.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the cruise ship port. The communication between the hotel and I was outstanding. I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Very friendly hotel with a great location. We only stayed for one night, but everything met our needs. Front desk staff gave great recommendations for restaurants as well. Room was a good size and balcony was wonderful. Elevators are tiny (my wife and I couldn't both fit in with our luggage at one time), but it wasn't really a negative. Be prepared to wait for elevators if you are trying to get one at checkout time. Overall, a great stay.

Close to the city for shopping / eating. Close to the cruise port. The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were clean.

Hotel advertised laundry facility and there was none. I booked an executive belcony view room and it was practically no vew at all, a minimum view at best. Extremely small shower (2×2). Unless you are 5 ft and 110 lb or under, do not book this hotel. Very disappointed stay. Unless you port gate is 9 or 10, it is not walkable, and the roads are definately not luggage friendly. The staff was nice, and they did ended up paying for my laundry service. Don't recommend this hotel at all.

Staff is exceptional. The price of breakfast is ridiculous for the type of food provided. I ordered a cappuccino and it was barely Luke warm. Room was very cozy and slept a fabulous of 5 without issue
