The rooms are very shabby and are in need of repairs and decoration.

Decent pricing for a basic, slightly tired hotel. Train line a little loud and car park cost wasn't expected (£10 per night). Staff friendly and helpful

The bed and pillow was hard, i didn't sleep all night. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, taps and shower heads were mouldy and rusty. Unfortunately not a great experience but the staff were very friendly and professional.

Great value for money. The property was clean and staff were very helpful with any queries. Very approachable. You are next door to the tube line so getting in & out of central London was accessible. For a short stay I will be returning. Excellent value.

Parking is available on site, but the hotel is also right next to the train/tube station. Check in was quick and easy with friendly pleasant staff. Room was clean and tidy, but is looking a bit dated, with some general maintenance issues that need addressing, but that didn’t affect my stay. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and there is a continental buffet, which was all nice. There is a bar and restaurant on site, but I didn’t use it on this occasion as I had to go out. All in all, a great hotel, will definitely stay again.

this hotel is perfect for central line to London, and Heathrow, and the staff are nice but the hotel is tired, the rooms & bathrooms need refurbishing I will still stay here because it is perfect for me to get into London - but it could be nicer

Greasy handprints on wall and worst of all the headboard was THICK with disgusting unknown residues clearly built up over many years with a hair hanging off of it upon arrival… Honestly made me feel sick!!! Apart from that the cleaners did a great basic refresh of room Needs a deep deep clean and a few other improvements but fine if you need a quick cheap stay

Let me start with the good the breakfast staff were really pleasant. Now the bad Stayed in room 217 1. Air conditioning not working 2. Stains on carpet 3. Stains on Chair 4. Stains on walls 5. Window not opening and no air conditioning!!! 6. Rusty taps / shower head /bath taps 7. Bath panel expanding and laminate peeling 8. Dated furniture and bathroom Got moved to 05 Well….. 1. Mould on ceiling/ bad for anyone!! 2. Mould on tiles 3. Knob on air conditioning broke off! Oh yeah it doesn’t work anyway! 4. Marks on walls 5. Rusty taps 6. Panel as come through door on left coming away from way can cause injury to kids. And was a family room. 7. Stains on both chairs 8. Lots of dead Flys in light fitting. 9. Rats seen outside near cages and broken chair out window. This is unacceptable on a heath and safety level. I travel around for work and this is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I didn’t want to sample the food in restaurants for obvious reasons.

Breakfast was very poor

The bathroom basin plug had been left on the side of the bathroom unit, we assume to be cleaned as was full of hair and dirt. Unfortunately it had not been cleaned, probably an oversight. Other than that everything was clean. The only other minor niggle. Full length curtains, hung in a recessed window meant they overhung the windowsill so light was let in at either side. With lighting on outside the hotel the room was very bright. We will definitely come back here, the staff were really helpful, But we will bring sleeping masks ‘just in case’

The hotel is perfect for a night's stay location wise. The hotel offered parking for £10 and breakfast for an additional amount. Check in 2pm we arrived slightly early and ended up walking around for 30 mins shame not to be offered the room or to leave bags. Room was dated and had a generator running all night. Bed was clean and comfy but other areas needed a good clean and a paint the bathroom especially. For the price and just got a room it's okay but it needs modernising.
